OK so for all you that were in on the batt vent/explosion from last week, this is the actual mod;

mod looks solid enough! Batt?

I'm thinking its the battery. An off brand so maybe there are QC issues. OR the wrap was torn, the battery dropped or otherwise damaged.

Everyone is missing something.
It WAS indeed thr battery. I'm willing to put me on it that the battery wrap had a small tear or cut in it that either went unoticed or they didn't care about it. It was definitely a battery short due to a messed up wrap.

A solid chance. That's a good guess.

I'm guessing the coil shorted and the battery couldn't handle it. Only because that battery wasn't under any stress with the build that was in it. I did the math on it when it was posted and it wasn't even at 20 watts.

Guys I just remeber finding a pic of the MT rta a while back when it firat came out showing it had a removable threaded deck like the Mutank. And yes, it was the MT not the Mutank. Ill find the picture.

Vape Forward put out three new mods. Flask Classic, Stout, and lite. The classic is 150w dual 18650, the stout is 100w single 26650, and the lite is a 75w 18650.

I like that Flask classic.I have a regular flask,and 2 bottom feed flasks,and really like them,except for the fact that they only go to 40 watts,so to see a 150 watt version is cool,it is on my tax time list haha.

It works great, I love it.
On my mutank box it says black, violet, golden yellow, stainless and red so there will be more colors soon.

I put the pre built coil in it with my papaya, mango cantaloupe juice. I'm letting it soak in for a while before I try it out. Looking forward to seeing if the flavor is bad or not. I saw a few of you saying it tastes like soap. I washed it out and filled it up

The stock dual coil for this mutank is pretty bad right now. I'll give it some time to break in. At 100 watts on a fresh coil I taste the cotton, very little flavor from the juice.

I'm hoping the coil breaks in and flavor comes thru. I remember on my Atlantis v2 coils it did the same thing for about a whole tank then the flavor was great.

I'll see how long this coil actually lasts, I would go thru a Atlantis v2 coil in 5 days. Me vaping 30+ ml a day sure doesn't prolong the life of a coil, that's for damn sure.

I'll throw a stainless Clapton 24g core 28g outer in my troll rda later and let you guys know what I think about the flavor compared to the kanthal Clapton coils I've been running for months.

The guy at the store said they've been selling the .... out of this stainless Clapton wire and everyone is raving about it. I'll be the judge of that lol

Our palettes are similar. Currently vaping papaya strawberry banana mango lol the other day we both were vaping strawberry pear honeydew lol
