So what I've picked up so far as long as I'm using 20A named verified brand batts the only real choice is mah? see a couple of minutes of life or whatever aren't going to make that much difference to me! All I care most about is safety! That's why I bought an RX200 & LG HG2's! Running at 80w with a .35ohm TFV4 Clapton from what I understand from all the good info I've read in this forum in general I feell reasonably safe! Is this feeling correct?
Close enough, dada. On a regulated mod like the RX, technically, the coil value is not important. The amp load is controlled by the watts you set divided by the voltage the batteries supply to the board (plus 5ish% or so for I^2R losses on the board). The RX kicks batteries out at about 3.5v, and is a series mod, so minimum supplied volts (and thus maximum amps) is ~10.5v. Thus, amp load on the batteries at 80 watts, regardless of coil value, is roughly 7.6A, plus board losses. Any of the common 20A batteries will tolerate this with ease. I wouldn't worry about moving up to VTC4s, or whatever, unless you're going to routinely vape 150 watts or better, although those batteries will always provide a thicker safety margin.

For Fuchs sake! Feel like we've all said "I'm done spending money" quite frequently in this thread! :D

Just ordered another rx200, 3 LG hg2's, a black tfv4 mini kit and the dual coil rba for it. Came out to $99.90 shipped.

I'm done spending money for a while

I've had a pretty good week selling juice, trading and selling hardware. I ended up hitting $250 so I figured what the hell, buy myself something nice and treat the Ole lady to a nice steak dinner this weekend.

@Bman123 has the right of it: 750 each for 1-2, 375 for 3-4, and it makes a diff which slot you use. And at that price, time to stock up on VTC4s.

Think I'm just gonna order 3 of the vtc4 and 6 more 25r. That way I have 1 set for those OMG these batts wont work moments and another set for our everyday vaping.

Original my buddy wanted a tfv4 then he offered me $25 for my mutank. The coil heads provide no flavor at all and really disappointed me so I sold it to him.

He wants to get into rebuilding and the mutank is good for that, so it should serve him well.

Sometimes I just want to screw a coil in and go, sometimes I like to build. With the tfv4 I'll be able to do both and actually get flavor from the stock coil heads. I know the deck is nothing compared to the mutank but when I get bored I'll have something to play around with.

I sold a friend juice today and tried it in his full size tfv4 with the quad coil at 90 watts and the flavor was really there. It really sealed the deal on me ordering it, which I did as soon as I got home.

I know when he PM'd me that he was selling it almost brought a tear to my eye! Like losing a family member! Don't worry @MMW & @suprtrkr I'll never sell my MT no matter how much I'm really loving my TFV4 right now! I still like to build & I'm not really feeling the TFV4 stock RDA may have to get the Clapton RDA.

I've got the Clapton and dual coil rba coming with mine, I'm excited to try to build something different

My Mutation rta arrived yesterday! I'm only gettin' air bubbles from one wick channel. Is that okay? I haven't read all 187 pages, but skimmed. ;)
Yes, no problem. The wick will take juice from all 4 channels unless you have one of them packed just too tight. But when it bubbles air back, it always uses the loosest channel because that's where the greatest pressure differential lies. If you get a pair of them pretty close to even, I have sometimes has bubbles from 2 ports. I have never managed 4. Angle of the tank makes a difference, too. If the tank is tilted, the juice stays level and one of the ports is closer to the juice surface than the others. This lessens pressure there by gravity.

Whew! :D I may have finally found the best RTA for me! :thumb:
I say MAY because it's only my 1st day with it and I've been through 20+ others before now. ;)
