WOW if you have not tried claption coils in this thing its a must try. It is just blowing my mind more and more the longer i have this tank. 6wrap 2.5 id .4 ohms. At 50 watts i can take 1sec pull and its nice thick clouds. And the new grub screws posted in this thread are working great...no way they will back out.

What gauge wires did you use to make your Clapton coils? Yea the grub screws are great! I don't know why they keep including these cheap screws with the tanks.

I have kanthal in one and SSV Ti in the other one. I think I'll replace the regular kanthal with Claptons tomorrow and give that a shot.

I have 26/32 Claptons, 2.5mm in one and twisted 28g in another. They're both good vapes, but I can run the twisted build at lower power.

Did not make them. Think they were 32 around 28 or something like that. Will tell ya when i get home today.

I don't remember how many wraps...whatever it took to span the airholes...maybe 8? I know I used 2.5mm diameter. Both builds are duals. The twisted at 33W is as nice as the Claptons at 48W. So some battery life and juice savings there. Its 0.55 ohms if that helps. Maybe check Steam Engine for one 1.1 ohm coil and see how many wraps it tells you?

Yes, both 2.5mm and duals. Remember I never noticed it had a single coil adapter, lol!

Yep thats mine too from UD. You can get it more close to the post than I. Top cap would not go on at all when i tried 3id.

Ok, here's Satan's build. 7 wraps of 26/32 Clapton on 2.5mm bits. I'll get to my twisted 28 build later or tomorrow (Good Boy MT's build...yes, they have names now).

I've only got a 5 wrap Clapton in mine so I can only imagine the wattage a 7 wrap could handle. That would probably be right up my alley
