OMG people! @suprtrkr you are a genius! This stuff called RAYON is absolutely amazing! I can run the same build (26/32 Clapton 6wraps 3mm ID .53 ohms) with rayon at up to 80w so far with no dry hits at all! Compare that with cotton at 60w max with cotton! No fancy wicking either! did the same thing with the rayon as I do with cotton except with more material! The most important thing I do is make sure the corners of the juice channels have no gaps with the chimney are full! The thing about rayon seems to be that it doesn't swell ( as previously stated by @suprtrkr) like cotton when saturated! Sorry about no pics, but I was so excited about trying the rayon I forgot! Time to get ready for work! Back later!

I might have to go back to it and give it another try. I could not get past the taste of it. On a side note in the mutank I am using 22ga-a1 for the first time and run all day at 80w with cotton bacon. I think I might like this 22g here.

Up to you. FWIW, I agree there's a noticeable taste on a new wick. However, I find it disappears after the first ml or two of juice through it and thereafter is cleaner tasting than any kind of Cotton I have tried.

I am down to 3-6mg. 6mg in my drippers. The last batch of juice I made, I've done at 4.8mg and then it's just a tad sharp on the throat. I can handle it, but my next batch I'm dropping it a little more. I think 12mg in any of these tanks would gag me.

I drip 3 and have been using 3mg in the Griffin, its not enough for me in the Griffin. I should probably step up to 4.5mg and see how it goes but I know the higher I go it's gonna make my juice taste nasty til I get the feel for this nic level
