Cool, Thanks!!! I have most of my cart's working. Is it possible that one of the cart's pushed in the center contact post on the indulgence? It was working fine, then only the clearomizers worked. I can not see any way of pushing the center post back up again, I was thinking of taking the Dremel and taking a bit of the top off, but if that was not the problem, it would void the warranty.
Dremel is a no-no, haha. At least until the warranty runs out. Especially considering that you said it worked fine before.
The "cup" of the mount (the threadings) on your Indulgence is the negative polarity, & thus must be isolated from the center positive post. Most PV's use some sort of rubber/silicone/plastic o-ring to do this. Some (like my Prodigy) have the post exposed on the bottom (the side of the cap that touches the battery), so I just take a Sharpie or other blunt ended object and push the center post up a bit. I'm not familiar with the Indulgence's adapter so the post may not be accessible from the bottom of the adapter. What I have to do on some of my sealed batteries (like the Riva for example) is
carefully pry the post up a bit by wedging a small jeweler's flathead screwdriver underneath the disc to raise it up. You need to be really careful not to damage the insulating disc.
What I really think is happening is perhaps some of your carts are just getting their center pins pushed up like I said earlier. Taking them on/off/on/off can cause this. It's much safer to use the paperclip and pry the carto's center contact down instead of fussing with the PV. My Boge cartos have a very firm center post, so they aren't a problem, but some of my Smok cartos (especialy the dual-coils) have center posts that move pretty easily. Look under your cartos and you'll see what I mean, the center post
should be a very very very tiny bit further out than the threading. If you have any that have the center post deeper than the threading, pull them out & I bet your problem is solved, no Dremel required.
