Problem with indulgence switch?

The switch went bad on the indulgence that I got from esigsupply after 30 days. I sent Chad an email, he called me on the phone, had me send my indulgence back, and in about a week sent it back to me with a new switch. I still don't know exactly what the warranty is on an indulgence purchased from esigsupply, but they definitely honor it.

Thank you, I did contact him after I posted this, and he is going to replace it. I first ordered a spark plug, defective, sent it back and thought I was getting better quality to get the Indulgence instead.

I ordered 10440 protected batteries for my Precise, from Dino, and received un-protected batteries.

The Precise came with an adapter that was defective.

Everyone, except Dino, is doing all they can to make things right.

:blush: I just seem to be getting defective supplies lately.:glare:

write to Dino ----- be nice, but firm,
explain your issue, and demand your rights.

be nice-- but firm.:vapor::vapor:


if all else fails, get your money refunded and buy elsewhere
this is your right as a consumer.
