Wasn't a typo, 0.2 ohm coil. Ended up testing it with the DMM last night. I'm gonna read up on wrapping my own coils and wrap my own that's not in the sub ohm range. I ended up swapping for the other vape to use till next week.

This is the other one, VV and VW with an Aspire Nautilus tank. Anyone know what vape this is?

That's the vamo design.

As for the 0.2 ohm, did you check the zero offset on the dmm.

Well, my Eleaf iStick 30W set me back £35 and the kangertech subtank mini was about £30, then I needed juice, that was about £8 so in total £73 ish

Yes

Everytime the leads was stuck to the posts it always read out as 0.2Ω

And do you understand that a measurement of 0.2ohms means your coil is anywhere between 0.15 and 0.24 ohms.

Try looking into the Ego One (think the 1100mah is same diam as a lot of aspire tanks) or an istick 10/20w pending size pref Both should run under $50 or so and the 1.6-1.8 coils perform well and get good batt life on the Ego Ones

might also want to take a look at the innokin disrupter - i like my subox a lot, but the disrupter is very user friendly and will work with a variety of toppers (the subox can be a little persnickety because of the fixed pin in the 510 connection)

Hello,
I recommend the eLeaf iStick 40WTC and the iSub tank G. If the 40WTC is too small then step up to the iStick 50W. Both are great devices but the 40WTC will give you some room to experiment with if you want to venture off into the temp control realm. Plus, the iSub coils are cheaper than most subtank coils.

If you are going from a pen style to a box, I don't think you will need over 20 watts of power. You could look into iStick 20w.
