I am really digging Infinite as a clone manufacturer, I have the SR, and its very nicely done. As far as your "finicky" switch, you may want to check your magnets under the contact. Mine was also "finicky", the cause being a loose magnet.

I personally have my sights set on the Infinite Red Copper Stingray, or the Black Copper w/o the black coating (gorgeous). I also have the hots for Infinite's Tree of Life mod ... uh, so drool worthy.

Where can you get an Infinite Red/Copper Stingray? I see one made SXK is that the same company?

I have an Infinite Tree of Life.

I'm thinking it's the nicest clone I have. It hits like a train and functions well.

I took apart my switch today for the Nemi. There were 2 springs, one normal looking one and a very small 2 wrap one. I removed the small one and put it back together. Switch is almost perfect, not 100% but if it was 50% before it's 95% now. If you choose to take your switch apart make sure you're really careful with that little rice pin, if you lose it you're going to have to order a new one.

Get the magnets. I think they are $2 from FT. Well worth it.

If you choose to get the FastTech magnets, make sure to order the 10 pack. They're thin, break easily and require 3 to be able to stand up on the switch and not misfire.

I can't tell, is the finish shiny or matte? Also, how do you like your Tree of Life?

Is what matte or polished?

I LOVE the Tree of Life MOD. It's definitely my favorite mech MOD right now. I'd think on an original if there were any left to buy. That said, a girl who works at my local B&M has an original ToL, and I can't see any difference other than her spring might be slightly more stout than the one in the clone, and even that is debateable. Everything else seems spot on. The only thing you'd have to worry about is getting a MOD that slipped through the Chinese QC cracks. It performs awesome, and looks great too. Even the etching is every bit as deep as the original. This is a top notch clone. I may buy another at some point.

If you had to choose between which hits harder would you pick the Stingray or Tree of Life (Both Infinite) im looking at the ones on vaperoyalty.

I'm not sure which hits harder, but if I had to choose one of them right now, I'd choose the Tree of Life.

I should see mine on Weds, can't wait.

I have the Infinite brass Stingray and was able to fully disassemble the switch, cleaned it up and it works perfectly now.

Got my Infinite black Stingray. Really a nice looking mod but after taking apart the switch and cleaning it isn't near as smooth as my brass one. Was reading another thread where someone had mentioned that they thought the size of the "rice pin" was the cause as it was to small in diameter and allowed to much movement. I would have to agree, the pin does fit tighter in my brass Stingray.

Wonder where pins could be bought at?

For S&G I switched the rice pin from my Hcigar Brass Stingray clone (which works smoothly as it should) with the one in the Infinite Black Copper Stingray and there was no improvement. I don't think it's the rice pin, but that the center donut was machine a hair too large. I've read reports of that part having been dremeled down with success, though I'm not likely to put a dremel to mine.

Guys, I'm seeing the same as already mentioned about the switch. Haven't taken the switch down all the way yet but may have time this busy weekend.

I also have read elsewhere that infinite is shipping replacements for the small ext. tube for 18650 mode. The current one is a bit short so shows a fair bit of threads at the bottom. I'm going to check with the guys I got my preorder with to see about the ext. tube and will mention the switch as well.

My switch is definitely wobbly and won't stand up straight without being locked. Not the end of the world but annoying enough to warrant tinkering with. Also not as smooth as I was hoping it would be, but only have one other bottom firing mod to compare against. I'm guessing this is what others are referring to as "crunchy" but its still quite usable.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase though, especially at this price. Shows a little threading and button isn't perfectly smooth but man does it HIT! Gotta still do a voltage drop test and will report back with what I expect to be a negligible number. Now I'll be on the lookout for a red copper version.

Okay, tore the whole switch down and cleaned it out good, and good thing because I got out some teeny metal shavings. After reassembly the crunch is WAY less, but couldn't figure out a way to fix the wobble. Probably mess with it again later and/or scour the web for ideas.

And the voltage drop, I measured it to be .19 on a 1.3 ohm RDA. Best of my mod stash, but higher than I thought it would be.
