Hi all
I've been lurking around here for a few hours now, trying desperately to absorb this completely foreign language and terminology as it relates to the e-cigs, and I gotta say, I'm completely lost... I'm hoping some of you can point me in the right direction.
a bit about me: I'm a long term smoker, as much as I have tried over the years not to be. I've managed to quit a few times over the years but inevitably, a few months or even a year or two later, something happens and I've fallen off the wagon. but I'm finding lately, that I'm not feeling well, and really would like to make a change. I currently smoke Marlboro extra-lights, or ultra lights, whichever ones are in the white box with the silver markings. I'm originally from Canada and smoked DuMaurier extra-light there.
What I am looking for, is a cost-effective device, that is relatively simple to use. from what I have read so far, most newbs start with something "auto" and eventually turn to "manual", seems to be about pushing a button. So pushing a button doesnt matter to me. What kinda scares me, is seeing little bottles of fluid that look like eye-drops, it conjures up images of me assembling this thing like a mad scientist every few hours
.
I read about most newbies wanting something that resembles a traditional cigarette, and I admit thats what I was looking for too, but from what I saw, most people switch after a while because these unconventional-looking e-cigs perform better, so the appearance isnt a must for me (although it'd be nice lol)
my absolute end-goal is to quit smoking all together, once and for all, so I am not wanting to be spending $100s of dollars on a collection of different e-cigs, and I am hoping with enough info and direction, I'll make the right choice the first time around.
also, do you guys typically keep your supplies coming through online orders, or are you able to find your supplies in stores, locally?
thanks everyone in advance, for putting up with yet another noob
