Once you start experimenting with various cartomizers you'll find it affects your battery too. Low resistance cartos drain the battery faster, but work better with some flavors. It's a trade off.
I dont recommend using LR cartos for ANY slim ecig. Slim cigs are not made to be used with LR cartos/attys. They could ruin your battery. If you want to use LR cartos I would consider getting a bigger battery PV which will be a lot better than a slim ecig and will allow you to use a wide variety of attys/cartos. Many people that start with a slim cig move up to a bigger battery shortly after bc charging constantly gets annoying and the slim cigs will limit what you can use. I know you mght want it to look like a cig to start, and thats fine if you do, but most people get over that quickly once their vaping for alittle. Many people also get used to manual batteries very quickly and most like them better. Auto batteries are always at risk to get ruined with a juice leak, manual batteries are sealed so theres no problem.
I started with a slim ecig and very quickly got tired of charging every few hours and using expensive prefilled cartos. I got an E-Power and its a huge difference. It uses $4 non-proprietary batteries that last a day to a day and a half of heavy vaping using LR cartos. I use the Ressurector cartos which are 1.7ohm LR and hold alittle over 2ml of juice. Its a much better vape and you get hour after hour of hassle free vaping. The kGo and Riva are also very nice 3.7V PVs that are very affordable and have great battery life. The eGo is also a great PV that is popular. Its a 3.4V instead, but is still a good PV. Definetely worth it if your willing to get away from wanting to have it look like a real cig.
