Got my backup 201 kit today and when I opened it and examined the atomizers this is what I found.
The threads do start a little farther down the connector than the ones on my older attys.
The older ones take about 2 1/2 turns to scew on and the newer ones take about 1 1/4 turns to screw on.
The new attys on my new batteries do not have an noticeable difference in draw between the new and old batteries.
On close inpection I can find no visible drain holes in the new attys.
The threads on the new attys appear to start about 1.15 mm from the end of the connector instead of at the edge like on the old ones.
Personaly I can't see where this causes any difference when using 201 batteries.
Every thing seems to work the same between both units.
As far as using them with a mod or other batteries I can't tell because the only thing I have that is compatible are the 201 batteries.
