Hi, this is my third week without a cigarette and all thanks to this little beauty. Trouble is I am having problems I that after I charge the battery, it doesn't work, when I press the button it goes green and then turns off. If anyone can help me figure out where I'm going wrong I'd be grateful. Thanks.

Make sure everything is clean, if possible try a new coil.

Welcome, AnnaMarie; and a BIG congratulations for discovering a wonderful way to quit tobacco.

You might want to try three clicks on or three clicks off on the Endura. Also, always screw on your tank just until "finger tight". Do not overly tighten anything! You may want to try a new coil if you've been on one for 3 weeks. That's about all I got for now. Perhaps someone who uses one regularly can give better advice. Also, if you bought at a local store, you might want to take back and have them look at it.

Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise'
