VTR is heavy, somewhat large, has a awkwardly placed fire switch, etc.

IF you have the budget, and IF the features and asthetics appeal to you, VTR is not a bad mod by any means. I chose it over a vapage vmod and 134.

However, MVP is cheaper, doesnt go as high in wattage, and is smaller, has its own 2600mah lipo battery, can charge other devices off it and besto f all, is around 40$ or so on fast tech.

might try and actually do a proper repair on mine one of these days. its a nice mod

EDIT: yay, I got a like from Baditude XD

I really like mine. Its bulky and heavy as hell, but its the only (really) pocket friendly mod i have had.
Shure i can put the coolfire in my pocket, but if i forget to take it out before i sit, There goes the clearomizer. With the VTR i dont have to worry about that, as the clearo is protected by the VTR itself.
That to me, is the biggest appeal of the VTR and the reason i bought it.

Performance/Feature wise, ist flawless to me.

On a side note, if you do decide to get a VTR, make shure your vendor has the updated version!
The one in the busardo review (i havent seen the other reviews), have a spinning weel below the 510 connector. Ibe heard people say that this moving part lead to eventual connection issues in the 510.
The latest version does not have this spinning weel. Take a look at mine...

I dont know if you can tell from the picture, but the weel below the 510 connector is fixed. It doesnt rotate as in the first version

I've found my VTR to have the most comfortable of fire switch positioning and the MVP 2.0 to be extremely awkward.

Not that I don't love my MVP also but the VTR fits very well in my hand using my thumb to fire and sits well in my pocket too. Topped off with the iClear30s it's a combination that I truly love.

Well I know with my VTR if anyone gets lippy I got the act right. It's also a status symbol. Like people see you with this gigantic box and they know that you're serious. I grew a mustache the first time I vaped off it.

Seriously though I love my jungle camo VTR. The weight doesn't bother me at all, makes me feel like it's solidly built and could stand up to a drop. It produces a great vape.

I love the VTR. It is a great mod. But mine has been sitting unused since I got into RBA's. Kayfun, Russian even RDA's will not fit. Unless of course you choose to use the included adapter, but that won't look to pretty! If your sticking with stock clearo's and such, you won't regret it. If your interested in RBA's I'd look elsewhere. Just something else to consider.

RDAs? no problem!
Granted, the thicker RBAs & RDAs wont clear the guard ring diameter, but some do!

Heres how i use my VTR for dripping...

Standard 510-eGo adapter at bottom just to add some length to the RDA, and its dripping time, VTR Style! :2cool:

Damnit, I have that adapter and didnt think of that. Works awesome with my Octopus loaner. Im going to get another adapter so I can leave one permanently for dripping on the VTR. Now I need to find the chuck key for my drill so I can make the hole bigger in the tip.

I used a drill and some patience to make the inside of the ring big enough to fit the 30b.
