And I'm not saying he is wrong... But all he has done is taken the readily available photos [of the un-named device] from Innokins Facebook [linked earlier] and watermarked them!

With his involvement in the *fasttech / Innokin / is it fake / is it real* scandal [if we can call it that] I doubt that he'd get more than a fart to chew on from Innokin; let alone inside information or a release date...

I will stick to my guns and put my money on the fact that it's not going to be the new MVP, different box mod entirely.
...

If Innokin has any PR smarts at all they will take the path of using honey rather than vinegar to keep their friends close and their enemies closer with Vapor Joe. That said, I don't see Innokin annoying their happy MVP customer base by forcing a new box mod on them. Like you, I remain skeptical that it will replace the MVP.

The first of the inevitable Billet Box clones. It does look nice though. If it performs I might actually consider it. But I sure won't jump after making that mistake with the AWFUL TMax.

Not to get off track here, but (DP), I think that you are maybe the second person that I've seen on ECF that is from CT. That makes 3 from CT.....so far:laugh:.

Yup - the 134 - Ill be getting that one when it drops for sure.
Innokin's Next Heavy Weapon: The iTaste 134 - Vape Squad

The only problems I see is that is if the 'rods' are press fit that they will come loose over time unless they are screwed in to the collars(the top collars does seem to have screw heads but it could be decorative and not functional). Secondly you appear to twist the collar to adjust wattage which seems to be engraved on it, but there is no screen (at least in ANY of the pics they've released so far) which means no battery voltage or resistance check feature. I also worry about the button config because if its a bottom button it could be awkward due to the large diameter. Lastly it would be hard to clean the main body with all the rods and stuff in the way.

I wouldn't say it's a Billet Box clone. It looks more like Kato Square. Yet, one thing in common with Kato is iTaste's form factor. iTaste might be inspired by Kato, but I wouldn't dare to call it a clone.

there you go, you beat me to it. lol. i mayself say its a clone on the basis of the tank placement and essentially the design in that area is just the same. accents and other small details vary but...to me its a ripoff.

i still like it though. those customs are so hard to get its annoying. nice to have a high production product for us regular folks

Yes, it's called Kato Square by Kato - Korean Mod Maker. It has it's thread on VW (link).

Still I don't consider new iTaste box as a Square's clone.

Edit: The form is basically the same. The biggest difference is Square is a mechanical mod that can be used with Evolv Kick (just like Zen Sidewinder).
On the contrary, iTaste would be VV (and probably also VW device). Despite similar look, the guts are different.
