My trusty innokin SVD now indicates the wrong resistance. A 1.8 ohm coil checked on a VV 3 indicates 4.4 ohms on the SVD. The SVD's contacts are clean. I also tried removing the battery, pressing the fire button for ten seconds and then reinstalling the battery but the SVD still indicates a resistance of 4.4 ohms for a 1.8 ohm coil. Is there anything else I should try?

Thanks,

I'm using an Aro II but have also checked the indicated resistance against a cartomizer. I checked the spring and that might have been part of the problem; however, my 1.8 ohm coil now indicates 3.4 ohms (down from 4.4 ohms.) Anything else I can try? If the SVD still indicates the wrong resistance can I continue using it voltage mode?

Thanks,
