I really needed to know this and want to share the findings with others who might be interested. Couldn`t find it on the forum so it will be out there now I hope.
Anyone want to buy a Battery?

Wow!! That's insane. Look at that tiny little battery. Nice. How in the world did you open the casing up?

How did I cut it open? A dremel with a cut off disc done in short segments very lightly.
The case wanted to get hot so I had to do it several times letting it cool down.

I used a flat tip screwdriver to spread the slice open far enough to grab it with two sets of pliers. It really wanted to spring back shut so I had to slide the battery out the end while it was spread apart. Another time wish I had 4 hands rather then 3 or I mean 2.
No blood on this one. I did look once though thinking there would be.

And I agree a good battery. But Oh yes a new life elsewhere kind of deal.

i use a dremel also, but i just cut down about 1/2 inch from the battery terminal. use flat head to spread the tube and pull it all out in one piece.
