Just ordered one at surevapes. I seem to be accumulating so much vape stuff I'm going to need something like this:

LOL. Yeal, that looks like it would hold most of my stuff. My desk would probably still be a mess though.

Be sure and keep us posted on how you like it.

JD, would you do me a favor? Measure the ceramic cup of one of your Ce2's in milimeters the length and diameter so I can compare. :vapor:

Absolutely love this new tank. I've been pondering on different setups and that alone makes it a fun tank for modders or tinkers like me.

I've been thinking about rigging it up with some non resistant wire but I haven't had much luck with splicing wires together. So I've been thinking about making a mini wire welder out of a disposable camera. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/367095-resistance-no-resistance-wire-welder.html

It went well! It was nice to see such a big group of vapers out and about. I think there were 50 of us! I tried all kinds of things, some atty that used mesh (oh, so smooth), and a bunch of other atties and tanks. I accidentally tried a 24mg juice (I vape 2mg) and coughed my head off. That was scary! But we had a good time! Met 2 folks that work at my company, and one person even asked me to make a DIY mix for them. I had a blast!

Great! Glad you had a good time. Yeal, I'd think that would be fun, but there's not too much like that going on back here in the sticks lol.

Scott has as good as any I've seen on how to wrap them together. Start it at about 9:15 to see his method. REVIEW OF THE ODYSSEUS REPAIRABLE ATOMISER - YouTube

Yeal, it's supposed to be here Friday, and my band is off this weekend, so I won't have much else to do but play with my rbas lol.

Got an eVIC a week ago and have been looking for a good RBT/A to try my hand at. Thanks to you all in this thread I'll be receiving my DRUNKER and a PHOENIX along with some A-1 32 kanthal and 400 SS in about a week. I'll be trying all sorts of wick materials. So far cotton, cheese cloth (cotton) and SS are going to be my first attempts.

It took me 11.5 months to get a mod battery and a week to lose my cool and go neck deep in RBT/A land.

Just a quick I wonder, is there another way other than syringe to fill the DRUNKER? I would be willing to drill a hole in it and get a rubber plug not to have to travel with a syringe. Police tend to be suspicious when there is viscous liquid in your used syringe no matter how good the story.

Congrats! I really enjoy this tank, and so do a couple others here.

Please let me know how the SS wick does. I tried an RBA tank with mesh wick and it was soooo smooth, I almost fell over!

You might be able to use a needle-top bottle to fill through the wick holes. There's a top cap that unscrews, and then there's another top below that, that unscrews. I just unscrew the top a little, crack it open so the wicks don't fall out, and fill with a normal bottle.

As much as I like the cotton... it's hard to beat SS mesh when it's setup right. It took me awhile to learn how to set it up but when I did.. I finally know what everyone raves about. But cotton in this drunker tank tastes every bit as good :D The vape isn't quite as smooth, but the flavor is the same.

So far, I've felt pretty comfortable taking my drunker to work in my purse. I take care to make sure it stays upright and doesn't fall to the side for an extended length of time. I wonder what would happen if I left it lying on it's side (full of juice) for a couple hours. Anyone carto to do this experiment? I might try it over night Friday night and see what happens. (can't do it when I have to grab it and go on weekday mornings LOL)

My carto tank, on my madvapes box spends much of it's time lying horizontal in the bottom of my purse

I've had no leaking experiences. Granted, my wicks fill the wick holes well, so YMMV. The only time juice gets in the top cap is if I hold it upside down and without firing, do a couple primer puffs. I can see the little bubbles.

I guess any leakage would go in the top part and could be recovered? (I hate to waste good juice, lol)

You'll find out soon. :D lol

But really I have only had one leak problem, and it was because I didn't screw everything down tight. Any other leaks would have to rest on how well we make our wicks.

The first time I tried to rebuild this tank I did not have fun. There were no how-tos, and I never actually rebuilt my VVN heads. But I did watch the pbusardo video on rebuilding them. Once I realized that's what I had to do, it was pretty easy. But I know there's at least one person out there who wants to see the insides.. So here goes. Please forgive image quality and my never-been-filed fingernails. ;)

. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Hope this helps!

Yes, it absolutely does help! The clarity of the pictures and the detail make all the difference in the world. By the sixth post, I stopped and bought a Drunker Tank and some Kanthal A1 from SureVapes!

I did come back and read the rest, but not until I had a Drunker tank paid for in case someone else bought all of them before I did!

Thank you so much, adeline! This is going to be my first RBA, and I never would have considered anything but a dripper-type for my first RBA if it weren't for your informative and detailed post.

Great! Welcome to the party. :vapor:

And yes, this is a good thread. Thanks Adeline.
