Insomniacs

found a funny ....

& ooops I may have ADD cuz that is about how it goes with me
....rambling thoughts that just go on & on !!

I tried lowering my NIC & got horrible dreams,when I did sleep ....
I don't think it helped with actually going to or staying asleep tho .
Benadryl type products help sometimes, but not always & only for 4 hrs.
I have always had sleep issues ...but I am totally messed up now

...but hey my youngest who has to be out the door @ 6am has been loving it
....eggs & bacon anyone ??

i get paid to be an insomniac. i work all night, if i want to get anything done, i have to interrupt my sleepytime.... 3rd shift sucks!
