Found a pic of the twisted coils. I'll have to get thinner wire. I thought they were tighter. Not the prettiest but they worked.

You can hand twist or braid, some still make their clapton wire by hand. Nice thing about vaping is that the ball is pretty much always in your court.

Have you seen the video where the guy makes clapton wire with an old Kanger coil? Works great.

That sux. Limited adjustment? Inaccurate? It looks nice tho. TC is not necessarily a deal breaker for me though. I mostly use wattage.

I am wondering if maybe it is just too much wire for it to ramp up for only 80w
I am liking it I don't think I will be buying one. TC was a deal breaker for me until you talked me into trying the Pulse now I only care that it vapes TC mod only SS or Ti Ni and SS no adjustment that I can find, the book is rubbish and my big con on it is no way to lock adjustment keys. As it stands if you are asking me if you should buy this or the pulse 80w I would say Pulse but I have not tried it just read what others have said.

I guess the lock on the pulse locks the fire button too. From what the reviewer said there is no way to lock just the adjustment buttons. I really don't see the point in that. I'll post the review.

Mayhaps but no way to adjust dual claptons is a lot to push on my punk I was running them at 100w

Seems okay in wattage a bit light on the vapor which is why I am thinking I am trying to get it to push too much wire... okay just put the rabbit on with it's single parallel k1 dropped it to 55w and much better vapor so looks like I need to wait for the SQ and try TC again

What do the coils ohm out to? Higher resistance will bring the voltage up. You can get more from your 80 watts. I have .5 builds that hit hard at 40.
