I haven't used recipes for salsas, always wing it and go where the mood takes me. Pretty much the way I cook everything. Probably why mixing frustrates me.

That is why it will take me a bit. To post a recipe.because I dont have an actual one. I know how much stuff to put but I dont know what any thing measures. It is all feeling and sight and taste. I am primarily a saute cook. Pretty much everything I.do is to taste.

Thank you Skunk! It is very delicious. I'm hoping people will buy it at the farmers market this summer. It will be the first summer, attempting to sell it there.
