Deciding what I'm going to mix today. Hoping my chubby gorillas get here today so I can get caught up for a while. Have 20 more 30s and 20 more 60s that are supposed to be here today (they were originally going to be delivered Monday but St. Louis PO sent them via the scenic route).

Sounds like you are going to be busy! That IS the scenic route. They took them on a 4 day vacation.

I think I will take the Creme de Menthe down to 1% It's really good but I would like the mint to be a bit more subtle.

I only have a few empties so going for quick steeps for now. Little concerned that USPS still hasn't sent a notification that the package has arrived at WF PO yet. If it doesn't arrive by 8AM it won't be delivered today.

Their tracking notifications have been slow lately. It will sau that it is at the distribution center for three days then 1 hour later it has been delivered. Hopefully they are there today.

Any cream should tone down the mint. FA cream fresh or HS cream are my go tos, not so sweet as Cap sweet cream imo. Maybe do a couple of drop testers, vanilla would actually change the flavor seems to me.

Thank you Skunk! It is very delicious. I'm hoping people will buy it at the farmers market this summer. It will be the first summer, attempting to sell it there.
This don't have salsa or Rotel on it.

That's awesome! Wish I could make it there to get some. Are you doing a booth? I love going to the farmers market. ours is actually pretty decent for being in a big city in the desert.

Cool thanks! I will try it out. Just a bit less mint and it would be perfect. This way I cpuld keep the coffee and chocolate where they are i like their amounts.
