Oh I am sold I will be ordering one soon as I have the cash going for the Butcher in black

I really like mine. The black is a lot lighter than the brass. It stays cooler too. The butcher cap with the chef knives fits with my profession too. It basically turns it into a SAF shich I prefer. The new version has 8 little airflow holes instead of 1 on each side. I was kinda hoping to get one like that but didn't. Oh well no big deal.

Nice! It is like it was custom made for you. Dont forget the black on black on black color scheme. It's not purple but there is no darker DR available. I would love to be an amateur chef one day. As a profession it isn't all it's cracked up to be.

The black will look sexy on anything. I love it on the brown minikin even. I really like the Punk mod. That would be super sexy on a Paranormal.

Yep I have decided to take it. Running a tiny kitchen in a Inpatient rehab facility. Max occupancy 48. Morning hours and lots of PTO. Money is about the same but the environment is much better. I will be working with people I have been friends with for a long time. There is lots of opportunity for advancement and relocation if I want.

Thanks! I am looking forward to it. Working nighta has taken a toll on me. Can't wait to live a normal life again. They are really happy too

Grats man, and honestly I don't know how you do it I went to csftw and after graduation, I realized that if I wanted to keep my love of cooking then I better not go pro. Also glad you will not have to do the 3am mad dash to work.

Trying to rediscover it. I never really had dreams of becoming a chef. It is just the main thing going here. Cooks are crazy and it's a fun job. I can't wait to live a normal life again.
