Looks good Jim. I seldom use meat for my dip but when I do I use the tostitos cups and build my layers in the cup. Meat mix on the bottom then veggies then melted cheese on top.

Mini dip cups sound really good.

They are, easy to eat mini tacos in a scoop. They are also great for mini bbq cups. I like bbq pork & baked beans with a creamy coleslaw topper. BBQ chicken & carrot relish with a pea pod topper is good too.

17th Street Bar & Grill is only about 20m up the road and they have the best bbq nachos. Margaritas are just okay tho.

I think a crack dealer has moved up the road aways. Walking traffic from the housing is getting heavier.

Sorry to hear that you dropped out for awhile. I know it's difficult to raise a child and attend school, I did that myself. I pray you can get back to it soon enough!

In the interim, have fun this summer with your son! I remember those days - they are precious..

He is my main focus now. I was in school for culinary. I have enough experience that school is no longer necessary. I want to do it eventually though. It felt good to be learning new things. I took a class on sugar art. It was so much fun. Here's a few pics.
