Hi All,
I'd just like to let you know my first impression on e-cigs, my self and my wife just got given a couple of intellicigs by a close concerned friend, bless her. Unfortunatalt 3 of the 4 batterys we had had a defect
so after struggeling for a couple of days with just the one I contacted Martin from intellicig, found the email on this forum. First impression WoW! and agin WoW. service has been impeccible, there was no hesitation to fix the problem, which may have been a defective charger but replacments were sent out for all 3 dud batterys and recieved within 2 days of my email, and to boot a mains charger and a usb charger as a sorry. I shipped back the old batterys for testing but more to the point I rarely see this kind of customer support, i'll be a long time customer. I've already managed to cut my real smoking habit in half from a good 15 years on it and im still working my way down just to the e cig. One question though if anyone answers I got given 50 carts as well but im wondering how far one of the 20ml bottles goes.. in relation to number of carts. Anyway it was a little rocky start as my first venture into e cigs but Martin really sorted things out thumbs up and I'll be convincing friends its the way to go.
Cheers,
ItchyD

Hi and thanks for the post. A 20ml bottle will fill over 50 cartridges, so effectively giving you around 300+ cigarettes worth of enjoyment for £12, less than 4 pence per cig or 80 pence for a pack of 20! Now That's What I Call Saving!!
