20 days and still waiting, i sent out an email to John a few days ago and he has asked me to wait for few more days.

One question to people who have received their EVO, was it marked on the postal package that it was an "E-cigarette" or a was it marked as a "Vaporiser" ? I read somewhere in the forums where package were held by customs as they were either not marked or were marked as "E-cigarette".

Mine was marked as "inhaler" and it got to me after two weeks.

I also ordered a 25 pack of cartridges but it's been THREE weeks and I still don't have them so I think it's a customs thing. I think I'll just send them back since it's been so long and juice is cheaper. I guess I need to email John.

It sucks because I like their product =/

Haven't you posted this same reply on another thread? Why do this? It is irritating and suggests that you're not thinking about your replies very much - which insults the other forum members. So I'll ask you once again - please don't multiple post the same thing!

sorry, although i am not new to vaping, i am new to the forum and i will take your advice and not insult you or anybody,

love the new black evo. each battery lasts me about 8 hours of heavy use and and almost 20 hours on a light vaping day. i got 25 carts but have only been using and reusing 5. i charge each battery overnight 9pm- 7am on the computer usb and usually only have to change out my battery once around 9 pm every night.

i am using the same cart filling method as igetcha and i get a very consistant hit every time using a nice mixture of vapornine carolina and puresmoker riskee yuice.

i have not been experiencing any of the problems other users have been experiencing.

my package was mailed royal air mail and delivered by usps registered mail and marked as inhaler.

My Pilot has arrived! Thanks Steve!

It's charging right now (12 hours to go)

I'm still waiting for my Evo, I ordered two weeks over a week ago. It's been sitting in "invoicing" all this time. I emailed them, but no answer.

Wish I never ordered from them. I ordered because of all the great reviews of the Evo, plus it looked like a real ciggy.

I haven't even vaped the Pilot yet, but it is a beauty. I hope she vapes as good as she looks!

I let you know how I do. I'm sure I'll make some mistakes in the beginning.

Wish me luck!

What you guys are gonna have to accept is that companies grow and shrink, and when they are growing the service is not going to be nearly as fast as when they have been just established or are shrinking. If you're patient and you wait for your evo, i am sure you will be satisfied. I just outright accepted shipping would take forever with the evo.

My evo still works great.

I just got mine the other day and can only compare it to the smoke anywhere and the smoke 51. I decided on the evo from the forum so i thought i would comment as to what i think of it. For starters the smoke anywhere and the smoke 51 sell for $150 US and you get 5 cartridges and 2 batteries and a charger and they have local distributors which is a big plus. I think the taste is better at first with the SA and S51 however as you use up the cartridge it starts to burn the paper they have inside. Also i have had a total of 3 batteries from s51 and 3 died soon after and they are slow to take care of the issue because of demand.

The evo doesn't probley honestly seem to create as much smoke and the taste is a bit more bitter. Also the cartridges leak. The say they dont but they do i spit up the fluid several times. For the same cost as s51 and SA I got 4 batteries and 3 atomizers and 72 cartridges + shipping from england. so the cost is way better! all the batteries seem to be fine. I went and got some fluid from puresmoke and just dip for the most part now because of the better flavor and having to spit out the fluid a few times. Also I have the USB charger and my apple air doesn't seem to like charging the evo but on my desktop no problems.

All in all i am happy with the evo and not so much with the cartridges i would like a local distributor. and them to fix the cartridge problem but it seems like Intelli cig is on top IMO

hehe...the Evo is known for spitting in your mouth...it's to do with the cartridge design. If your cart is overfilled AT ALL, you'll get a nice dose of juice when you hit it.

Once you become experienced with it and figure out how to refill / top off properly, you'll notice that the problem goes away (until the first time you refill when you're piss drunk and pour 8 ml of liquid into a single cartridge that really only holds 8 drops).

Also...weak vapor? If your vapor is lacking I'd think you have a faulty atomizer or crap liquid. My evo straight FOGS and it's even more brutal with the puresmoker 401 atomizer.

srsly.

The UK. It was when they had that "All orders after (some date) should expect a 3 week delay".

They weren't ****ting me, either, it was almost 3 weeks exactly.

Well, good job that you didn't order it from the U.S. site, which is a sham as far as I can tell.

Those people suck and I'd be SUPER ...... at them for the rubbish second battery they sent me if they hadn't messed up and accidentally put an entire second starter kit (402 style with the mighty atom batteries and a second vaporizer) in a cartridge box.

So I ordered the Evo and 25 carts. I expected 2 evo batteries, 1 evo atomizer and my 25 carts. I got 1 evo battery, 1 generic genie battery that has a draw like sucking concrete thorugh a swizzle stick and (I thought) 25 carts. I emailed them and told them that the second battery was a hunk of sh.t and that I expected them to rectify the situation. They emailed me back and said it would be 3-4 weeks or more before they got any new batteries in and that they'd sort me out (yeah right!).

A couple of days later I discovered that they HADN'T sent me 25 carts, they'd only sent 20 BUT...I'm not mad because I got a second started kit instead.

(I reckon they were trying to bone me and send a 402 in the cartridge box, instead of the 401, because it had my last name hand-written on it. I think I gave them so much crap about the delays that they got frantic and dropped the 401 kit in the package accidentally and shipped them both).

Well, if they make it right with the new battery, as promised, and send me 5 more carts to cover the ones they "forgot", I'll send them their 402 batteries and atomizer back...I seriously doubt it'll ever happen, though.

I think that "invoicing" means "sent" and that the delays are due to international shipping/customs. I never get any further e-mails after the "invoicing" one.

I've now ordered twice from the website and had a delivery within a few days (to within the UK).

It's worth the wait IMHO; it's the most consistent and reliable one I've tried so far (but I still like the 901 too but I seem to spend my life recharging with that one).

It takes a long time but it's worth it. The genie batteries are sweet.
Super fast charge on the USB, and stays strong for several hours without dropping off like a lot of batteries. Plus the way the 401 is designed, not a lot of juice gets into the pressure switch. Main cause of death for 90% of the batteries i've owned, even some atomizers, pressure switch gets stuck and burns the atomizer or juice clogging my switches.

Hi there,
I'm so brand new to this my EVO just arrived today-and is charging...
timing wise, I live in California and ordered it on 2/13 very late in the evening after reading reviews.
Right now it seems they are subbing the Mighty Atom for the Genie. they are giving an extra vapour device as compensation for the sub. (ummm, well okay, but I would have preferred you ASK ME rather than just doing it. I ordered the Genie in the first place for a reason.-not that I have anything to compare it to, but still...)
My package arrived via post, customs marked: Inhaler & Cartridges
It was terribly beat up along the way-the intellicig box was nearly destroyed inside the bubble envelope, but hopefully everything will work fine.
Hope it finishes charging soon...

I ordered my Evo on 2/11. I'm in Florida. I hope I get mine soon! I don't want any short batteries. My short Pilot battery lasts me only about two hours.

I was actually waiting for my Evo to come and test it out and if I liked it, I was going to buy some more long batteries for it. Guess that won't happen, if they just substitute without asking you.

Are the cart you got with it the larger ones or the smaller ones? I was hoping for the larger ones.

Let us know how you like your Evo.
