hi mate,
the answer to pretty much all your questions is yes!
we are not allowed to say that they will help you quit, but there are literally hundreds, maybe thousands of people who have successfully switched from real cigarettes to e-cigs with complete ease.
sure, you are swapping one addiction for another...........but its a lot damn healthier than cigarettes!
besides there are plenty of guys n gals who have gradually lowered their nicotine down to zero but keep vaping just for the pleasure of it. there are also tons of people on this forum alone who will happily state that they have seen major health benefits within days of switching to e-cigs.
yes, they can be a pain in the ... sometimes with batteries running out, carts running out etc.........but the simple answer is to be prepared and carry some spares. besides, a little extra hassle has got to be worth it in the long run!
get an e-cig, a bottle of e-liquid and a few spares to start you off. do your research too and dont buy the 1st one you see! check out my reviews channel at:-
YouTube - igetcha69's Channel
and also check out the reviews section on this forum to get different opinions from different people on the same product.
and read as many threads on the forum too to increase your knowledge on e-cigs to understand how they work, how to refill them, how to look after them etc.
i wish you all the best..........for you and your kids!
(i have 2 little girls too, so i know exactly wht you mean!)
cheers,
scott
