Hey guys!
I was watching a documentary on BBC Iplayer last night called 'Addicted to Pleasure'- episode 3 was about tobacco addiction: the history of tobacco and the addictiveness of nicotine. I don't know if it's possible to view it from other countries outside of the UK but it's worth looking out for. (BBC iPlayer - Addicted to Pleasure: Tobacco). I thought the bit at the end where the professor was discussing the MERITS of nicotine and described it as 'a good drug, a bad delivery system' was very interesting! I'm also inclined to think that as there have been concerns in my family about dopamine creation in the brain that this is why I'm addicted to nicotine... seriously fascinating stuff!x
P.S. I watched this exactly 3 weeks after I quit the stinkies and didn't want one the entire time I watched it... although I will admit that I sat quite loftily and vaped away quite happily, safe in the knowledge that I was actually vaping an 'anti-depressant'...
