So, the other day, I was working, driving from one customer appointment to another when my BlackBerry goes nuts. It kept buzzing and buzzing.
I saw that I was running a bit early for a change so I decided to pull over and do a few emails.
I pulled off the main street onto a nice residential side street and parked under a tree.
I was vaping and doing emails for about 15 or so minutes when I notice a cop car pull up behind me. I glanced up to check that I was not illegally parked then waited to see what the problem was.
The cop walks over and asks if there was a problem. I answered politely that I was just doing some emails.
He then nods to the eGo in my hand not holding the BB and asks what that was.
After I explained, a tiny bit of a smile appears and he pulls a Twist out of his pocket and said that he likes RY4 in his.
It seems that someone in one of the houses thought I was using some sort of pipe for illegal *substances*.
Well, after a few minutes chatting, he wishes me luck and drives off.

I had something like that happen to me on Canada day...

A lady tapped me on the shoulder while I was having a haul off my SS LT, and asked what that was. So I give her my quick and dirty speech of what it is and what it does and after some polite converstaion she says to me...

"Oh... to be honest I thought it was some polite way to smoke *illegal stuff* in large crowds like this" to which I noticed a few people near us in ear shot seemed to nod in agreement.

It appears people in this little town I went to visit were either very sheltered in the ways of electonic cigarettes or are overly open in public while using illgel stuff....

I stopped reading at BlackBerry.....I only read iPhone stories. ;) But seriously that is cool, I have yet to be confronted by the popo and i vape the big guns out in public. On one hand i want to be questioned about it but on the other i fear that there will be some kind of ticket or something i have not paid in years and i will get arrested so I try to stay on the down low when the fuzz is around :)

Hah .. the fuzz, I didn't think anyone else said that. I'm personally curious what would happen, but I'm also trying to avoid the possible annoyance. I'm still traumatized from small town police 10+ years ago, that were pretty bad at harassing everyone just for something to do. I'm also living close enough to a *censored* friendly and sketchy area, so we get police driving by really slow looking at everyone at night from time to time.

Some are nice, a few aren't. I parked next to a local grocery store last Sunday morning and waited and vaped while my wife went in to get donuts for SS class. A cop always pulls through the parking lot about that time of morning and passes by me. This time they stopped and said, "Pull it into a parking place, sir" in a commanding tone, rolled up his window and drove off. I did and noticed that there were faded yellow lines where I was parked and faint, worn remnants of the word FIRE on the asphalt under where I was parked!

I've never had a cop mention my eGo or Provari in malls or anywhere I vaped and haven't been pulled for any reason. That's a funny story. I'm waiting for my turn.
