«The acting head of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Monday that the agency is moving “full speed ahead” with its efforts to crack down on the use of e-cigarettes.»

Looks like the change in leadership did nothing to slow the attempted desk murder of 44 million Americans by sanctimonious, corrupt nannycrats at FDA.

No mention at all of the decline in smoking that was found along with those numbers. Terribly irresponsible reporting, even if Ostroff himself made no mention of it in talking to the press, but it falls on the reporter to include it in the article. Shameful.

Yes, I am engaging in reporter shaming.

In my happy place
Whenever I stumble across these stories on any media site, I always notice the comments are very pro e-cig. I, of course, immediately went to this article and posted my own comments slamming the FDA. Vapers seem to be doing a great job flooding these stories with debunking information.

The problem is the truth is buried in the comments and 99% of the people do not read past the headline and maybe the first paragraph.

And that is what makes peddling BS so $uccessful. If you can afford to repeat it enough times it becomes some alternate reality.
