Nothing had to be installed. I just had to change a couple of settings. This opendns also protects you from some bad worm, too. So, many many thanks!!!

Now all my links work again.

Really glad i helped =D

So, who was blocking me??? ATT? Norton?

It was ATT, your ISP (Internet Service Provider). It's not like they were doing it on purpose btw, i don't see any reason for that, i think more along the lines that they are not able to make their job properly. Your ISP also provides you with a DNS (Domain Name System) service. A DNS takes care of translating the address of a chosen site to its corresponding IP address. Such a service is needed because to us humans it's easier to remember the "name" of a site instead of remembering its IP address, whilst the "machines" are reasoning with "numbers&bits". It provides an interface between our thinking and theirs.

Your DNS, the ATT one, isn't making its job how it's supposed to do it, and therefore failing in translating the human-friendly www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk form into the computer-friendly IP address, ulimately causing you to be unable to reach the site. By setting an OpenDNS, you overrided the ATT DNS with the well working one that you've found, thus eliminating the problem.

I hope this satisfies some curiosity about your problem. You are well on your way to some self-taught hacking here old lady =D
