I'm new to this forum - since about Christmas when I got my GGTB. I know some of you have been around for a long time and others are newbies like me. Although there are other posts like this, I thought we might introduce ourselves for those, like me, who are new.

I started vaping around July and I love it - I've completely quit cigs. I am a wife, mother of two teenagers (help me), and a teacher. My user name (sahara4evr) refers to the Sahara Desert Marathon which I think is fantastic!

An insurace guy that studied on engineering school, father of 2 wonderful daughters, a lovely wife, enough friends in real life, too many friends on e-cig forums. A bad english speaking person, a worse hasband and the worst cook.

Saha, Hope is one of the best persons on helping people, one of the biggest GG supporter and one of my best friends.

By the way, now that we are talking about good friends, where Crach is?

Yes, when I have reviewed the threads I find there are more than a few people who have sadly disappeared........

I am a hippie, a devoted father, I love my GGs, and a dinosaur in my industry. I also am known as someone who doesn't take much seriously and am more than willing to try and use humor to defuse and/or tap-dance out of any situation -- that's why my face us still so danged pretty!!!:lol::lol::lol: Also, I am a perpetual contest participant and always a GG contest also-ran!!!:evil::evil: :toast: Welcome to the loose worldwide confederation of GG vapers!!!:)

Hi everyone

I first started vaping with a greensmoke about 2 years ago. I alternated between vaping and smoking for a about six months, but vaping didn't really satisfy me, despite buying just about every available e-cig in just about every available combination, so I gave up on it for a while.

In April last year I bought an Ego before going on holiday and managed to quit analogues completely. I bought my first GG (TS) last summer because vaping was costing me a fortune, since I had to buy every new device that came onto the market, looking the ultimate vape.

The GGTS was my first and only mod and I haven't looked back since. I moved up to 36mg liquid a while ago and I can now put my GG down for hours at time, whereas at 18mg it was permanently in my hand. I don't need analogues any more, but still smoke the odd one every now and then.

I love vaping and I love my GGTS. I doubt I will ever buy another brand of e-cig, because of the quality of GG products and the first rate support from Imeo and other GG users on this forum. My next GG will be a stainless steel one with AVS. :)

I'm 6 months free of analogs. Started with an LG which was a total crap. I found mistressnomad's thread for newbies and decided to have a KR808D-1. Then i shifted to an EGO for a month. I was searching for a mod because I know the batteries of the ego will in time fail and they are not cheap to replace. I stumbled upon the GGTS and never had another mod. I love my GGTS. The beauty and quality is timeless. I'm looking forward for another mod which is the GG Variable Volt :)

I'm married 10 years no children,my wife can't hold a child(womb problem) we have instead a boston terrier who I might add is a clown and acts like a kid,yes he sulks and pesters just like one lol.

I'm now unemployed 1 year but worked as a welder/doorman for 25 years but had to retire from both due to health problems, which are much better now I gave up those things I'm currently seeking employment as a FLT driver.

I'm laid back and treat life day to day and if I can make something funny out of life I will, life is to short to be serous all the time.

I was lucky I found GG only after having a wicked stick V3 which after recommendations turned out a POS IMO so I began searching and found GG,I really wanted a GGTS but could never afford that then GGTB came out I saved for one month and got it,best thing with E-cigs I ever did and will not be looking at other mods again.

I hope this year I find work and can afford a SS GGTS/AVS now that would be heaven and all I would have to look for after that would be atty's batteries and juice nothing more no more mods ever, except for GG upgrades of coarse.

All I can say now is I'm glad to be part of the GG community and honored to have a piece of imeo's great work.

sahara4evr, GGTB and GGTS owner :)

Please don't sell it, give it a go. You will love adjustable draw or get an AVS and you will wonder why everyone doesn't own a GGTS-AVS :)

There's no way I'll sell it! I can't wait to get it so I can post my picture on your family picture thread...lol... I've been looking at your collection and drooling. I'm just so excited! Thanks HoPe!

Hi sahara4evr, congrats on your newly earned GGTS! ~

I'm Brad, divorced with custody of my 2 children and also have my step daughter living with me. I volunteer as assistant scoutmaster for the local boy scout troop for the past 2 years and was a cub scout leader for the 5 years prior. I'm a recovering alcoholic going on 12 years of sobriety. Even with a down economy and all the stress and financial burdens I'd have to say that life is great and I take it as it comes one day at a time. I am a carpenter/ furniture/ cabinet maker and have been all my life. Currently doing whatever it takes to keep a roof over my kids heads and trying to make a go creating custom PV cases now also ;) just using my talents with wood, making whatever will sell and whatever anyone requests. I guess I'm a lot like Imeo in that way (just try to give people what they want within my field of talent). Started vaping on an EGO, moved to a GGTS within 2 weeks and never looked back. Now I'm somewhat a GG junkie LOL I have 6 GGTS among other GG products, I wont bother with other mods, the versitility and beauty coupled with Imeo's support of his customers is just unreal. I love this forum, Imeo's products and support and the friends I've found here! WELCOME to the family :)

Hi Brad. Nice to meet you. You certainly have your hands full! I can't imagine taking care of three kids all alone. Do you have any pictures of your PV cases or a website? I'd love to see them. I really appreciate people that can create wonderful things. I've got zero artistic ability! I'm beginning to understand your love/obsession with GG. I sat at my computer all weekend with my GGTB while playing the contest!:) Thanks for the warm welcome.

Hi there and welcome,
Long time vaper, recent GG convert myself-

I've been vaping for over a year now, analog free for that whole time. Kitchen manager at a local natural foods store and restaurant, I love to cook! My education is in graphic design and illustration, and I do some freelance work/shows at local galleries on the side. It's not a living yet, but with time...

I've always loved to create(and I am amazed/respectful of how Brad G. manages his creative business while balancing everything on his plate!), and the GG line are all truly unique creations that merge functionality, durability and timeless beauty in equal parts.

Although I'm closing in on one year on ECF, I just can't believe I somehow just found the GG about a month ago! It's kinda like living right next to the best restaurant in town and having absolutely no idea.. Imeo and all of the GG regulars here have helped me immeasurably in learning about all the details, though. That's been a huge help in getting up to speed- especially when the AVS is involved. Already loving a GGTS #483 and two GGTB's, and I'm already eying that new Slim very closely.:hubba: Thank you all for the great advice, it's really helped me out!

Hello Sahara :)

I'm in the UK & share a cottage in Cornwall with 9 cats - most of them rescues :)

I used to be a very heavy smoker butI bought my first e-cig in early July 2008 - a super mini, lol weren't to many to choose from back then :D Next a DSE901 & that is still my favourite attie. Best thing I ever did though was buy a GG Grant 18 months ago (still works as well as the day I got it) & then a GGTS - same as the Grant, many months later it works every time I push the button. What more could anyone ask for? :)
