I guess there's no hope for a kayfun threaded tip so lets try this...
How about one like this the same diameter as the kayfun top with the KF adapter recessed into the bottom made very tight. Very tight as it will require tools to remove from the adapter. I need 3 for KF 3.1 and 2 for KFlite. What can you do?

I appreciate all the challenges with threaded tips... i do have the necessary parts for my lathe to attempt the crazy threads the 3.1 has finally.... they certainly in yesterday..... although I think you be happier with a tip that fits both the 3.1 as well as all the other atomizers.. the one you picture chowderhead is a time consuming tip as it is...and it made from approx 13mm diameter titanium. .
If you can spare a threaded adapter or whole top cap.. i might still be able to make your request... those tips you picture with no threads are $35 each.. I will discount for an order of 5 though.. ;)
thanks chowder for the continued support!

Dru, the ithaka tip would also be a rather lengthy process.... i have this atty currently and could look into it as well

But both of these requests would produce some rather costly tips... I'm afraid you will not like the price tag that comes along with it... i only have k lites now..

As always please pm me with orders!

Thanks to everyone for the support!

Did the research... No threads on the KFL. In that case could you make me three just as mentioned in the post with the pics that will recess the adapter and a very tight fit as well as two for the kfl's with a slightly looser fit? Kfl's should be hand removeable but barely. Loose drip tips annoy me. As far as I can tell the KF and the KFl share the same sloped profile top. I want to keep the transition between the KF/kfl and the tip to be invisible if that is logical but still have the ability to pull either one out of the pocket by the tip without fear of tip ejection. Let me know if you need any further info but bare in mind I don't have a pair of calipers however.

My KF lites are on the way from Cloud9 so I haven't seen them yet, is the KF lite top cap threaded the same as the 3.1? Or is it a smooth 510 opening?

They are identical top caps... other than the adapter as stated in your following post... its built into the cap..

Let me post a pic of my kayfun lite with the drip tip u want. The base of the drip tip is a lil wider..

That looks great, kinda like a kir fanis "ball" on steroids; me likey.

Yes just like that but the same width as the Kayfun top cap top part with the adapter bevel coned so the adapter is recessed. Make it 6 pcs. 3 super tight titanium and three just very tight, 2 titanium one naval brass.

As for the need to use with other attys I have plenty of mflux and kir fanis tips for other stuff. Theses are for KF only.

I believe I am understanding what you want..

The underside of the base needs to be counter sunk to fit flush with the top of the kayfun cap.. right?

Is the diameter in the picture good? Or do you want it the same as the chimney part of the top cap?

Just got mine in....went with the simple shorty. Quality is unsurpassed. I went with SS instead of the titanium to get a perfect color match with my Kafun Lite. Totally impressed, not a scratch on it, perfectly round lines/etc. Fits nice and tight. Gonna order more designs now.

Big thanks to Bret ("ohman")

Is the same tip as above -SMT- has on his KFL? I also like the clean lines on this shorty

Ohman can you replicate the decorative airflow ring on the top of the Origin mod possibly with the slot and holes around the diameter of a wide base, a straight slot right above that then the smooth top like the shorty in brass?
