Dear ECF members, Good day and wish you all well!

First of all thanks to ECF admin for approving us as Registered Supplier in ECF. Appreciate that.

I have been vaping for the past 1.5 years (which I believed still new in vaping world), and somehow turn this into hobby and small scale seller here in Malaysia.

Recently myself and a friend in common interest decided to design and come out with a simple and yet tough mechanical mod. As a result of that DEES was created.

The 18500 tube is made of full solid brass (grade 63Cu 7n 99.9999%) and 18350 tube is made of aluminium. Adjustable center pin and all battery connection is made of pure copper.

This is bottom button switch, with clockwise locking mechanism. The unit would not auto-fire in standing position even it's not lock. Another unique design is the serial number is laser printed on the threading between the tube and bottom cap.

Here's is some picture of DEES and hope you guys like it. Welcome any suggestion as well.

Please also note that DEES is made out of half hand made and half machine so production is very low at the moment.

hi ecgee,
I got my #00115 in today... and all i can say is wow! so far. This baby hits hard!
I got like a .15v drop only... solid and fits the AW 18490 to a tee...
Can I ask what is the extra black delrin ring for?
It came outside of one of the tubes...
I don't bother much with 18350's so I doubt the alum. tube will get much use, but just want to say I am very happy with my Dees mod.

Hi Ukeman, Many Thanks for your words and good to hear that you are happy with DEES. Firing performance is well tested, and if you are a dripper fan you can really taste the flavor of the juice and even if lower nic mg you could get a descent throat hit as well.

Oh ya the black ring is a spare for the bottom cap just in case you need to change them.

Btw fyi 2nd pre order for DEES is just open. Would appreciate if you could help to spread the words and see anyone is interested in this hand-turned mech mod. Due to hand-turned and not CNC lathe, we only limit to 50 customers for this 2nd pre order.

Just in case you need to aware of this is quick overview of DEES:

Technical Specifications:
- Made out of solid brass (grade 63Cu 7n 99.9999%)
- All battery contacts made out of pure copper
- Adjustable center copper pin to suit almost all different length of 510 threading
- Bottom soft firing switch. Calculated load spring to ensure device would not fire even there's no locking in place
- Clockwise locking mechanism for easy locking

Dimensions:
- Outer diameter(OD): 22mm
- Inside diameter(ID): 18mm
- Tube thickness: 2mm
- Height on 18490 Setup: 90mm
- Height on 18350 Setup:75mm
- Weight without 18490 battery: 150gm
- Weight with 18490 battery: 182gm
- Weight without 18350 battery: 105gm
- Weight with 18350 battery: 128gm

Many Thanks,
ecgee

ecgee can you give us more info on the - Adjustable center copper pin to suit almost all different length of 510 threading.

I am afraid to start playing with the center pin without specific instruction; do you turn the copper part - that touches the batt nipple top, clockwise to raise the top pin or counter clockwise?

thanks
Uke

Hi Uke, Thanks for your feedback. Yes you screw/unscrew the copper part that touches the battery nipples top to raise the pin. clockwise to raise and anti-clockwise to bring down the pin.

Tolerance to adjust the center pin is quite minimal but we are trying to design the 510 threading to suit almost all popular tank. We at first trying to design center pin with little threading within the center pin to adjust both battery and tank but that would affect firing performance.

Let me know if there's any connection issues and I will try to solve that.

Many Thanks,
ecgee

I'll let you know how it goes ecgee, I'm enjoying this solid mech device with the iGoL's for a while but will want to use a Genesis tank atomizer to get that good power it puts out.
Let us know if there are any design changes for the top cap.
