My order 2117 should be build next week. Just a bit more patience and then all will be good again and I`m sure some will regret cancelling their order. Haha, good luck with your boxmods...

not really our boxed hana modz are well built plus unlike the futura we get to use all of the features of the dna 30 plus when we contact hana they actually respond to us i bet ur mod doesnt get shipped next week they have been telling customers that for weeks on end me included thats why i cancelled u will probably get yours when the dna 40 drops lol

Just would like some input/feedback... I sent my Futura in for repair back in December. USPS says it was received on 12/26/13. I have corresponded multiple times by email with Jon and was given a TON of excuses as to why it was taking so long. Then Jon sent me tracking info on 02/19. There has been no movement on it since. Most recently I reached out to Mike at fly@pacbell.net. He said he didn't know about it and would talk to Jon. Now neither of them will respond to my repeated email attempts to reach them. Am I SOL? What does one do in a situation like this? I originally paid almost $300 for this mod. When I sent it back I told them it was NOT a warranty repair as I had damaged it and I would be happy to pay for the repair. Jon told me it would cost $70 and I agreed to it. Any ideas?

just because they created a tracking ticket doesnt mean it was sent , thats a tough one were they going to do a dna30 chip also , that would be the only thing i would for see a delay , just because they are currently getting dna30 for current orders you might have been bumped till they get extra chips for repair or warranty dont know i hope you get yours back soon i feel for ya bro

Hi Craig! that's very sad. Would you mind telling us what/how you damaged?

Well it's funny and it's not... Basically I lost my temper pretty bad. After months of waiting when I finally received it, it had the wrong top cap on it and the lcd screen was loose inside of the housing. So I tried, unsuccessfully to disassemble it. Basically it needed a new top cap, board and he offered to re-paint it. I will say it's a pretty darn tough device... My biggest ..... right now is that they won't respond to my emails.

No DNA30. I didn't want to pay the extra $80 or something close to that he was asking for.

I would imagine you'd have to thread the power head bottom tube threads into something on one end, and use a 510 threaded something on the other end and pull them apart. though I wouldn't, but they must have something like that setup at their shop to get them open.

I noticed that Semovar picture in you're posts. heh, heh. You must like to punish yourself. I just watched Phil Busardo's review. He basically said that the metal work is nice, SvoeMesto makes a nice tube but he doesn't have much love for the Nivel controller. Personally I hate single button APVs.

Click click click click Click - click click click - Click click click click Click - click click click Click click - click click Click click click click Click click click click Click click click click Click click click click Click click click click... Yah, no thanks :p
