Anyone have a problem with delivery
i pay my order on 20/02 and dont receive a tracking number, Jon dont answer my emails a week ago

Very worry about it

I ordered on Jan 24 and it just arrived at the post office today (I wasn't at home to sign for it). You probably have a couple weeks at least until shipping unless they step their game up.

I know all you guys are complaining about nexgen, and I understand. But I will say this, I have a dna20 futura I got second hand, and love it. Its solid, works, and looks beautiful... I'm anxiously waiting for him (Jon/nexgen) to start taking orders again so I can order a black or aluminum color dna30 version. I have not decided on color yet, since I already have the titanium dna20 model, and honestly I'd buy another for my son who likes them too...

Why? Because I like tube mods - same as all of you. I'm not a box mod fan, and the Futura is one of the nicest looking tube dna's out there. I don't like the mechanical reverse battery protection in the form of a recessed (spelling?) + pin to force us to use button top batteries even though I understand why he did it, but other than that I think they are awesome. I just have lots of flat top batteries :) And the cerakote does seem to be very durable. Another huge plus for me, because I carry my vapes with me a lot and they get USED so wear scratches are very common but the cerakote really does hold up.

I don't understand his serial numbering, it almost seems random. But my uneducated guess is those rings with the serial numbers are in a box that he had made up (like 1,000 of them or something) and he pulls them at random during building so there is no chronological order to them? but I could be completely wrong?

If I could change 1 thing on the Futura it would be the fire button... I'd like to have a more exposed or raised tactile feedback button like on my SvoeMesto Semovar which has the best button I've ever used or seen on any APV except for maybe the ZNA. But the ZNA is more of a box hybrid tube than it is anything else, and it looks stupid in 18650 mode... I met Phil Busardo recently at vapeblast and he has a ZNA in 18650 mode and the battery tube extends passed the side box where the circuitry for the DNA is and it just doesn't look right especially for the price!

I truly hope the waiting and frustration those of you have suffered quickly fades once you start using and LOVING your Futura's.

I was thinking about my doorbell and yes, it rang... futura.jpg
I put a couple of other mods on the picture for size comparison. It`s in 18350 mode with a KFL with nano kit. Can`t wait to put a proper atty on top. Like said before ordered 25th of january Ser Nr 284

Got mine today, 510-only top cap, flat bottom just like I ordered. Buttons all work fine, and I am pleasantly surprised with the fire button as some people were saying it was too soft, but its perfect for me. Fired successfully at 10 15 20 25 and 30W. If you have patience I would recommend going for a futura when Jon starts taking orders again. Very satisfied with the product. CHEERS!

Blue Titanium - The only thing I wish was different. I ordered Ridgeway Blue but they were out. Still a nice color though.

The thing I find the worsed is for example Keeno1, who ordered the 27th got his futura three days ago delivered in England. Now Yolo you ordered before him in the US and only just got it. Very frustrating...

I believe mine would have arrived earlier, but I received an email from Jon that went to my spam folder telling me that they were out of my color option (I guess built-to-order doesn't mean what I thought it meant). It took about a week and a half until I saw it and responded.

Yeah, cheers willie for keeping our spirits up the last months. I love my little vapourshark, but I'm sure it will not take a long time before the futura will be my favourite PV. The chip is just as expected(awsome) and this is very similar to my provari that I allways loved. It just didn't have enough power anymore and I couldn't go low enough. The weight is just perfect Overall looks are just great. I'm very impressed on day 1.

Love seeing some other colors besides the titanium. If possible you guys, please post some higher resolution well lit pictures we can click on and see better. imgur.com will host the pictures for free and even give you the link with the correct bbcode link automatically for the forum, just copy and paste.. I'm dying to see some of the colors actually on the device.

Nexgen is a strange company..... I've emailed them like 3 times over the last 3-4 weeks asking when I would be able to place a new order for a dna30 futura. Even explaining I already have a dna20 but want another... no replies. I mean I'm trying to spend money with them.

I just saw a review of the seven-22 mod from rip trippers. He loves it. I wonder if maybe waiting might be better? Maybe the china made 22+ watt devices are worth waiting for and paying less?

I emailed Nexgen (2 weeks ago) using the website form about the same thing- he did respond and stated 'Mid April' they will be available for purchase again. I guess we'll see.....

BTW, i did pick up a Futura DNA30 from the classy's. Initially had problems with it, but got it sorted out. I will post more about it later.

Mokhan, get Jon to confirm it is actually sent. It`s well possible after that it takes two weeks+ to arrive. 21 november is a long time ago. I`m sure it will eventually work out and the device IS stunning. It`s just like a provari but the finishing is better, it`s lighter and has a whole lot more power. Hang in there...
