I believe they are covered under the new regulations as wellBongs aren't taking tax money out of the govenments pockets or they would be.
Paul, I do think there's going to be a flurry of lawsuits that'll slow things down.
I would think future FDA leadership could easily strike it away. The "good news" is that vaping is too big now, even compared to 3 years ago. It's "mainstream" now so it'd be pretty hard for the FDA to decimate this industry, which is what will happen if those rules go into effect without any change. It will kill a lot of jobs and make many people unhappy. The government just want their money so why would they kill the golden goose? Much better that they "regulate" it properly and taken any necessary tax dollars they want than managing this in such a heavy handed manner.
I'm not sure how the FDA works but are those rules set in stone now (all or nothing) or do they allow for later amendments?
The more eloquent your sarcasm, the more I know it's getting to yaIf the FDA did not pursue those deeming regulations, then what is its purpose at all? It is, after all, saving America from the deadly threat of nicotine that is a) not addictive unless mixed with other chemicals b) attractive to children, since they are born yearning for it and are the only beings on the face of the earth that appreciate fruit flavours.

I wish I could express myself as well.
Once I get going, I tend to go overboard ... think I wait to long before expressing myself
Always look forward to your thoughts![]()

So the key is to make the mod dual use?
But how are they going to sell atties?
