Introducing the latest version of the iPV V1 35watt 18650 variable box mod with outstanding performance that provides ability to fine tune your vaping to nearly a perfect experience. You can adjust the wattage from 7w to 35w in increments of .1.

It is advertised to be able to fire coils as low as .3ohm but it is recommended to keep your sub-ohms at .5 or higher. vaping lower than a .5ohm will void the warranty on this.

This utilizes a swappable 18650 battery (20amp or higher is recommended). You can remove the battery and charge or swap out or you can simply charge the battery with the battery remaining inside. If you do this on a USB port this can act as a pass-through. It is recommended though to remove the battery from the housing and reset from time to time to remove any built up static energy that can develop.

Easy to read OLED screen - measures and informs about wattage, resistance, output voltage and battery life at a glance - no cumbersome menus to navigate.

You also standard firing button on the side in addition to touch-plate sensor next to the 510 connection. This sensor allows the device to be fired just by resting a finger or thumb on it. The iPV V1 has 510 threading, but will accept any 510 to eGo adapter if you'd like to use eGo-threaded atomizers.

This mod is made of high-quality anodized aluminum.

  • Attractively packaged.
  • Micro-usb charging cable
  • Extra cover screws - these are EXREMELY aeasy to drop so when opening the cover we recommend it is done over a towel or cloth of some sort.
  • Small screwdriver
  • New YiHi SX330 35 Watt Chip
  • Does not come with a battery but we recommend 20amp or higher.

Specs:
  • Variable: 7W - 35W or 3.2V - 4.5V
  • Advertised 0.2Ω - 3.0Ω load resistance but we recommend .5 or higher.
  • 0.96" OLED
  • Safety Features Galore!
  • Low Voltage Protection
  • Low Resistance Protection
  • High Input Voltage Warning
  • Short Circuit Protection
  • Reverse Battery Protection

This comes with a thorough manual but here are some highlights:
  • Power On/Off: Click the firing button 5 times.
  • Adjusting Wattage: Press the + or - button to increase/decrease wattage.
  • Lock/Unlock: Click and hold both the + and - buttons simultaneously. The screen will indicate the lock/unlock status.
  • Touch Sensor is not active on this chip!

Okay, before I pull the trigger on ordering one of these, a little battery info?

So, I know, 20A battery recommended. Well, I'm not going to run it at 20W. For example, 4.5V, 1.5 ohms, 13.5W, 3A, plus what it takes to run the circuit. My Panasonic CGRs can handle that just fine. Things, it the CGR18650 protected battery is 70mm long. Will that fit in the device?

It's just a question of whether I'll need to order batteries, but I'm trying to keep expenses down. And I won't buy Sony. Tried Efest, but didn't get as many charge cycles as I get from AW or Panasonic. So, I'd like to stay with the Panasonic if they'll fit. Maybe the unprotected GCRs will be OK? Looks those are closer to std. length. Flat tops are a bit cheaper -- will the IPV work with those?

TIA

The touch fire is inoperable on the IPV1.

Kinda of odd, but fortunately, I don't care. :) Knowing almost nothing about the chipsets, I assume they're using the same case to save money (or something), and the 330 doesn't support that function. Or, some enterprising person will take one apart, and post instruction for how to hook it up.

The 330 does support it, the IPV2 (50 Watt) has the touch sensor that functions. Pioneer just decided to deactivate it on the 35 watt for some reason.
