I use a 650 mah X2 and an 1100 mah KGO all day. I vape pretty heavily some days (vape in my office) and I intermittently have the 650 on the cable using it as a passthrough. If I didn't do that, by experimentation I've learned that by end of day I'll kill the X2 and the KGO will be at about 10-20%. So I'm going through about 1400-1500 mah of power in a day at a guess.
FWIW, the X2 provides every bit as good a vaping experience as the KGO - in fact it's more consistent at the beginning and end of the battery charge because it's regulated. Probably explains why I'm looking forward to SI's XL cartom's and hopefully a clearomizer at some point.

Today i was in a store and i saw an ego style bat (vgo, kgo or something) that was EXACTLY like the X2. Only the threads were different.

there are egos out there with a passthrough... the internals I am sure are different ...and they most likely aren't regulated... I believe we are the first fat batt to be regulated.
Hm i do not know, i found out everything about the normal bats now(full specs). But i won't sacrifice a working bat yet lol.
It worked for me ---- but it looks pretty funny. Don't ever try anything that is dual coil or has low resistance on these though.
I just realized that I forgot to report that my replacement 900 X2 had arrived. It's wonderful. Cap on or cap off, the pull is smooth and the operation is flawless. I really, really like this thing. I use it at home, to save all my normal-sized, pretty-colored batts for when i leave the house. It arrived Fri, charged overnight, re-charged (just in case) on Sun afternoon, and now I'm waiting to see how long it takes to run through a charge. I'm looking forward to the larger cartos, and the tank-type thingies--I'm gonna have a bunch of ??'s about those....
I just received my first 1300 X2. Vapes great with cap both on and off! I think I am seriously in love with this thing. Like Catlady007, mine will be stationary at my home desk or office desk (already have plans to order a second so I don't have to choose), and my beautiful rainbow of other batteries will be the on-the-go batteries.
If they ever decide to make these in all the colors like the 65s and 78s, I will be in real trouble, because I will have to have one in every size and color, manual and auto! Yeah... subscription plans are needed for these things! "We will send you a new color and size every month until you have all in both manual and auto switches, or you cancel your subscription, whichever is first..."

If you got it today, I'm going to bet it is already charged full.
However, SI says on their website, "Where the device is plugged in will glow red while charging and turn off when finished. Charging time is approximately 3 hours."
Hi dlsw - I couldn't find the "official" link for this .... but my LED is Blue while Charging - the LED will go out when it is charged. I get a Red LED while vaping with the end cap off
Hahaha, I just checked mine. Blue while vaping and blue while charging. I guess the key will be that the light will go off when fully charged.
