Hi all,

Oklahoma City here :) I've been vaping about 4 months now and Love It! I'm still feeling my way around trying to find the best combination of equipment and juice to fit my needs. Right now I'm using KR808-Ds, sometimes with refillable cartomizers and sometimes with 901 atomizers. I've got a KR808-D pass-through which is Great but I'm still in the market for a better option. juice-wise I like sweet-tobacco flavors, 'dessert' flavors if not Too sweet, and fruit flavors if not Too fruity. I'll sometimes tone down the non-tobacco flavors with some of the tobacco leaf. I got most of my equipment and juice from VapeSafe (California) and some replacement batteries/carts/atomizers and juice from VaporKings (Oklahoma). I actually prefer keeping my money in the state but I'm hooked on Apollo's Apple and AstroBacco from VapeSafe. I won a juice-naming contest at VapeSafe not too long ago - the winning name was Orion's Orchard (peach). Anyway, I'm glad to have found you guys and gals. See ya later!

I'm lovin' on the Reo Grand right now...was lucky enough to talk Redeyedancer into making a special polished Gold and Black model for me. It looks really freakin' nice, almost like jewelry. It does 510's natively and 901/808's with a simple adapter. (808's with a juice feeder at 6v is a magical combination with cigar juices).

AVEjuice in lawton makes some danged tasty juices, vg based. Their Havana Gold is the best cigar I've ever tried, Boba's Bounty is a good, indescribable taste, and Caramel Kicker's pretty tasty.

Does anyone know if AVEjuice has a storefront or local pickup?

I had no idea they were based out of Lawton. I'm about to go there for some other business in a couple of weeks or so. I might have to find out from Porphy if I can meet up with them and pick some stuff up.

Thanks for the info!

Hello Okies! I'm OldSoldier's wife and just found this thread! As hubby already mentioned we're in Jackson County, not terribly far from Altus, but pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

I smoked for almost 27 years, 1.5 PAD right before we quit. I've now been smoke-free for almost a month and it still amazes me how easy it has been for me (after sooooooo many failed attempts to quit in the past).

Anyway, I just wanted to stop in and say hello. Nice to meet fellow vapin' Okies!

Nice to meet you Jessara! I am from Altus myself. I lived there for about 15 years, but I went to Navajo High School. Hope everything is going well.

PM Porphy on ECF and ask 'im.

Ben says he is only registered for internet sales. We should try to talk him into sponsoring a local vape meet at a vape friendly establishment in Lawton. LoL Casino night anyone... um I mean vape night...

I just read on vaporkings site that they're going to open up a storefront, and make arrangements with a nearby convenience store for after hours pickup. Neat, especially if you live in T-Town.

I'm trying to talk a couple of pawnshop owners I know into offering e-cigs, but they're balking at the idea. And they even smoke! I think a ecig storefront would be a great idea, if you could stay in business long enough for word of mouth to catch on.

It's great that we are actually getting storefronts in Oklahoma. I just wish Ben was in a position to have a storefront for AVEjuice. Lawton is so close :) Well maybe its a good thing for me that he hasn't because I'd drive up there and buy one of everything lol. At least with the online business I am able to curb the impulse.

I really don't see it that way. Having to order online means having to plan ahead which means ordering enough to stock up. Knowing that I can drop in at a local store to purchase what I need means I can stop all this hording. Also, as friendly and personable as all the vendors I've contacted have been, it will be nice to be able to deal with actual humans.
