Iowa Health Dept requires local health agencies to ban tobacco use (including vaping) in parks as condition to get state funding, while ignoring smoking inside casinos (where nonsmokers are actually exposed to hazardous levels of tobacco smoke).
Tobacco ban in parks but not casinos?

Oklahoma's Health Department somewhat similarly told local health agencies that they'd increase their chances of getting state funding if they got a local vaping ban enacted.

Both of these practices are illegal because both the Iowa and Oklahoma Health Departments are requiring grant applicants to successfully lobby for new laws as a condition of receiving funding.

Wonder if CDC has told state and local health agencies to do the same if they want federal CDC funding (as CDC has been illegally giving grant money to state and local health agencies to lobby for various anti tobacco laws).

E-cigarettes and their users have become the latest whipping boy for folks who desperately need to hate something or somebody, but fear backlash if they were to publicly express hated for certain racial, ethnic or other minority groups. We, on the other hand, are fair game. We're former smokers, it looks sorta like smoking and what more universally demonized group could there be?

Somebody has to hold these unethical .......s accountable, and exposing their egregious actions is the most effective way to do so.
I know some here may quibble with some of your stances on certain things, but I don't care about that.
You are one of my heroes in this world. You are making a real difference.
