You do get spoiled fast with Mike's PVs. I have an original Infinity, hated dropping back to standard gear when I needed the PCB reseated early on (it's been fine since). Since picking up a BP, I have a notcigs backup (though I still carry a cheapie 808 just-in-case, or if I run into someone who is a good candidate to try a PV).

I'm looking forward to the new little notcigs unit, which should be out around next Feb. Good for more discreet use, small enough to replace my tiny 808 backup, looking at a very attractive price point.

You referring to the VVPV Mark?

No, he's got another one on the drawing board: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/notcigs/234147-got-envy.html

He's working on battery selection for it, but it is going to be sized like an eGo/Riva, smaller than an Infinity or Buzz (though with shorter run time -- trade of battery vs. size). Looking at using the same circuit design as IP and BP (as will the VVPV, since not messing with a good circuit is a big plus).

All of the small batts I tested were just NOT good enough for me , I am going to build a prototype one around the powerizer batt's , this will give the same performance as the BP in a smaller Diameter and lenght PV .

SO just as big as a say 1300mah Ego but with VV wait it is 4" long from bottom to tip of the 510 connector and 18mm in diameter ( same as the IPro. )

My IP finally made it to Cali. Hopefully will be in Paso Robles tomorrow. I sure do miss it though! My passthrough is helping, but it's just not the same as being able to dial in the perfect amount of heat. You don't realize how awesome that thing is until you have to live without it.
I feel your pain. When I had to send mine in it was the worst week ever. lol

I feel your pain epresley, I truly do. I have nightmares of having to do without my BP, and each time I have a small issue I totally freak out!!!! Since money is so tight for me currently I am considering grabbing a blemished one as a backup. Most people who do say they cannot find the blemish anyways. I have a fit each time I get careless and don't have a fully charged set of batts waiting, and have to go back to my eGo's for 3 hours, let alone days. (((hugs)))
