Hi guys new here. just wna know if above item is worth to get

For the market now, not worth as it is like outdated already. I upgraded from ipv mini 2 to ipv3 li after 2 months and would say it will last me for a while. If u really wanna get a new mod to start, get those starter kits like subox mini, evic vtc mini or the latest eleaf I stick tc60w. All comes complete with tank to start u off. Jus make sure u get the appropriate batteries.

Just get your coil builds to be 0.5-1.0 ohm so that you don't neet to fire at high wattage. I burned my IR2 chip.

Say I use the stock coil. What's the best wattage to fire it at?

It depends on the juice and your preference.. what are u looking for when u fire ? Clouds? Or flavour? Warm or cool vape? Assuming stock coils is at 0.5 ohms.. my preference 50/50 juice.. single coils at 0.7 - 0.5 watt 20 - 25 watts..
