ok, I just jumped aboard!! Thanks Eciggity! w/ a Sammy 25R!
I've read most of this thread, but of course, don't recall everything I've read. lol I've got a few flat top panny CGR18650CH. Don't recall the mah, but I think 2200 and one purple Efest 3100 mah that I use in my hana clone. Are these ok to use in the ipv mini? Are there any drawbacks that would make another type of battery much better?
Not necessarily, the Atlantis coils are rated for 20-30W. My personal preference. Also hoping they release a firmware update to bring this mod up to 50W.
Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know that I just finished my review of the iPV mini. I must say that I like it allot.
One thing not mentioned, maybe unimportant, but a comparison for shoppers - IVP mini seems to handle 30w adjustment across the ohms range. Istick will only hit 20 watts at 1.1ohm.
Definately agree it is not really mini, but it does fit the hand nicely.
Panasonic CGR's work fine. Already alternating between my Samsung R25's and Panasonic.
Someone mentioned that the flavor was "off" anyone else experience anything like that?? I'm coming off a Cana Mod so I feel there is a difference. Maybe the Cana delivered a different signal? I use the IPV Mini in DC-DC mode, I think this Yihi chip would be more accurate than Cloupors??
The Atlantis works great at 27-30 watts on the mini. However if you're looking for a warm vape, get a higher wattage mod. I love it but it may be too weak for someone that wants that smooth warm hit. The Kanger Subtank is less power hungry and will give you a strong warm vape at 25+ watts.
Dumb question, but is the iPV Mini adjustable voltage, adjustable watts ... or both?
Great!
I need to replace my MVP 2.0 with something else.
My MVP will now only output a [max ]of 3.4v on my 1.7 ohm coil. When the MVP is fully charged, it's display shows 4.1v ... but again, it never puts out more than 3.4v to the coil (no matter what voltage / watts you set it to).

I am looking for an adjustable mod like the iPV Mini that is somewhat accurate ... in other words ... If I am using a 1.7 ohm coil, and I set the mod to 10.5 watts, I expect to get right at 4.2v when I check it with a good quality multimeter.
Just kicked my Kayfun 1.4ohm build to 15w(4.5v) no problem, 20w(5.3v) No Problem but a bit to warm for the build.![]()
