Major911 - That Mini looks Sweet. I was eyeballing the same skin but really wanted to see it up close(close enough )
Now I just need that ship to come in so I can spend a little more.

Glad everyone is liking their new Mini's. Any questions, just post. Plenty of good people to try and help out!

Mine also does *not* auto fire with an atty attached in Mobile mode. Mine came from Eciggity and is the "black" version. L0814 is either the serial number or the lot number. Not sure how the Minis are numbered.
I have the same numbers on my cap as well and the same vender but its silver..Love my device!!!

I have some questions!
One of our local shops is bringing in the IPV mini in the next few weeks... that's the only way I'm going to buy it, is if I can put it back on his counter if it's faulty.

This purchase will be for a kanger subtank mainly. From the specs, it will fire that tank fine. Correct? I'm not concerned about tank overhang so no need to bring it up.
However, I have a bunch of kanger tanks that I use daily as well, most of them the newer dual coil types. My preference is a mild cool vape, not a lot of heat.... think the opposite of istick. I don't want another istick.

Will the IPV mini really step down in voltage enough to be able to use something like an aerotank at 1.8ohm or even 1.5 and not be overheated lava in your mouth? I guess the answer would come from someone who actually has one instead of the specs on paper so I have to ask....sorry if this is a stupid question. :D Thanks in advance for any replies.

The IPV mini will fire your kanger tanks just fine and no need for step down. At 1.5 - 1.8 ohm your well within range with the 5watt minimum. And the kanger sub ohm is also within specs.

These Mini's are all serial numbered on the battery cap ... Mine is L0836

If they started at A0001 ... what production # would I have?

Well, there would be 9999 of these Mini's made just during the "A" production run.

Mine is an "L" ... so 9999 x 11 letters would take it from "A" through the "K" production run = 109,989

In my case, I would add another 836 numbers since mine is an "L" (S/N L0836) which would mean my Mini was 109,989 + 836 = 110,825

Yup ... the 110,825th Mini built.

In manufacturing a letter in a serial or lot # from A to L is the month manufactured.

Speaking of the Battery Cap ... Does anyone else receive one that has Very Sharp Knurling on it?

BTW - I'm an L0800

My battery cap was damaged when I received it ... Elev8 Vape just sent me a tracking number for a replacement cap.

Unbelievably, it still screwed off and on.

BTW ... the knurling seems ok

No, mine isn't sharp.

Maybe mine was one that was a 1st Run with a New Knurling Die? Because it had Very Sharp Points on it.

Nothing a little Sandpaper couldn't handle. But I didn't like the Two-Tone Brass effect it caused when the Nickel Coating was removed. So I toned it down a little Gun Bluing.

You are good to Go:
DC-DC mode for your serious sub ohm work
PWM mode for fine tuning the lighter coils.

As for the tank - Vape what you like, it is yours after all.

Yeah... I remember seeing your Original picture a couple of pages back.

The design is a Tad Silly to make such a Thin Wall and then cut threads into it.
