Despite all of these small issues, are you folks happy with it overall? The reason I'm asking is I ordered one and I'm hoping out not having buyers remorse.

Like I have said in earlier posts. It's good for 50. If you think it will have accuracy of a high end mod you may be disappointed.
In PWM mode it fires much cooler than it did on my P3. Didn't run any tests. Used the same battery .8 @ 17 watts Resistance is a bit off also.

I know that. I'm basing it off of value. I have a couple high end mods. Just wanted something smaller to take my subtank or lemo around that has better battery life than my vs dna30. That's all.

Complicated unless you are into electronics study/theory and it is actually V-average vs. V-rms

Thank you. Yes you are right, that is a little bit complicated, at least for my brain :)- But is it comfirmed that this device run in RMS (I have understood it`s better for vaping)?
Also, my device has that slight little gap in front from the 510, if it doesn`t bother me visually, will it affect the quality of my vape (coming from an MVP 2.0)? Got it a day or two before Xmas evening, and might be a little late to return it now? As I ordered it here in Norway, my guess will be that the stock is still from 1. run anyway.

I asked Yihiecigar about the PWM and DC-DC mode and also if it fire in MEAN or RMS mode.
Her is the answer I got:
"Many thanks for your email and interested in our products.

For this question you mentioned, the sx130 has two modes DC-DC and PWM mods, if you set PWM mode the reading is more accurate.

By the way, can I know you are reselling IPVmini mods or just took one for youself to use?

Any comments, please feel free to advise.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Amy Lee
"
Actually the opposit of my understanding from this thread, that DC-DC mode were more accurate? But it is more like that I don`t get it yet, or the Chinese woman doesn`t understand my weak English- I trust you peeps more.

Either way, I think you will be Fine. And like your IPV Mini when it arrives.

Some of us Delve into the Technical Depths of All thing Electrical when it New Mod comes out. And Pick apart every Specification. But at the End of the Day, you don't have to Know or Understand much about how a VV/VW Mod works to enjoy it.

Just use it the way you use your Vamo. Start at a Low and slowly increase the Wattage until you have the Hit you are looking for. That's All there Really is.

Let us know when it Arrives. And if you have Any Questions.

Vapers are the most dedicated and helpsome people I ever seen :) I almost get touched when I read something like that. And it calms me down as well.
How ever, mine is among those where the atty does not sit flush. There is a tiny little gap at one side. I can feel with my finger that the 510 connection is placed slightly off.
Will this effect my vape in any way? Should I ask for a replacement device?
I have bought it from a Norwegian tiny net shop, and most likely, a replacement device will be from the same batch.( I have no clue who his vendor are, if he deal directly with green leaf or how it work). And shipping will be almost around 1/6 ish of the price of the Mod.
The battery cap number is by the way L0829, any "brother`s or sister`s" around? :toast:
And last, sorry for the spamming. The questions are popping up, while reading new postings in the thread.

I am very happy with mine. Accurate, comfortable without being a "miniature", just the right weight, size and fit to hand. Without being too technical, if at some point (it hppens to me early in the mornings) I find a vape too harsh at lowest wattage, i just set it to PWM. And so the other way. I use it with coils from 1.5ohm to 0.4 ohm., drippers and kayfuns: all sit without a gap. the 510 spring has the longest travel I've seen in a device, including some others VV and mechanicals. The finish is perfect and the feeling you get when you use it is like if you had a much more expensive device.

USB charge works perfectly although I prefer charging it externally, so I can rotate my batteries. The MOBILE charging...i haven't bothered with it, i don't even know if it works and I could not care less, I just haven't pressed the 2 buttons needed to activate it, what for?

I strongly believe that this mod is a game changer. I got mine for under $50. Mine is silver. Cap number is W0596, but I think cap # is only that, a cap #. If it were on mod body I would concede some relevance to it, but on battery cap?

Finally, wanting to renovate my gear for 2015, I purchased a Sigelei 100W plus as well. I love it too! Different beasts, but at the end I use the MINI 70% of the time. And I would buy a second Mini anytime.

Got mine a couple of days ago to replace my dead mvp2's....from elev8vape w/ their coupon.....loving it...I don't personally need wattage over 30, I love the replaceable battery, size is nice, menu easy, buttons clicky enough...fits my needs, happy with my purchase, I guess time and use will tell if any issues arise for me, but so far, so good

Got mine on Monday. Gifted my 2 month old MVP to my son as an upgrade to his Spinner II.

I don't think what you mentioned will effect the way it Vapes in anyway. Only how it Looks.

Should you Return it? I dunno? If it Bugs you every time you see it. Then yes. I would. If it is just something that you see and it doesn't Bug you, then I probably Wouldn't.

Same here. I simply hammered that sucker down into proper fitment. Courage, stupidity, unabashed-ness. They are all are one and the same. But at least now I have an IPVmini that is both supremely functional and aesthetically sufficient. Chewed up its top a bit during the unprotected hammering adventure, but since the chew marks are always hidden under a sitting atty-- which will now always be evermore be perfectly non-crooked-- I'm cool with it. It seems that I can easily abide most manner of dents scratches and dings, but woe be unto the mod that does not allow a perfectly flush mount for the atomizer of my choosing.
