Maybe it just looks this way from the outside, but to me the actions of Altria-Phillip Morris are completely transparent. Banning flavors will kill most of the independent vaping industry. All that leaves is Juul (mint is their top seller), the IQOS and the handful of tobacco/menthol vape pens being sold by their big tobacco rivals.
