Is 30 ML/day too much?

I've been vaping for about 30 days, I started with a Nautilus but quickly upgraded to a Sigelei w/ TC and a Super tank. I also have an Istick 100w that I also use a Super Tank on (@ .2 or .5 ohm)

My concern is that I'm currently vaping most, if not all of a 30ml bottle (3 mg nic) every day. Is this too much?

I would also add that I don't get crazy hot either, on the Istick I run at about 40w and on the Sigelei I run 430 degrees

I think with 100 watts, that is to be expected, but i do think it's probably not a good thing to have that amount of pg/vg running through lungs every day.

If you are using a Flavored and Sweetened e-Liquid, using 30ml/day seems like a Lot of Flavoring/Sweetener to Inhale Everyday.

Do you want to Vape Less ml/day ?

Yes, this is costing more than the cigarettes did! My everyday flavor is a very light strawberry flavor.

I tried to step up to the 6mg nic but my throat couldn't take it. just 4 weeks ago I was smoking 2.5 packs of full flavor cigarettes.

OK you tell me?? You are using 90mg of nic per day. 3mg/ml x 30ml = 90mg nic per day

As a 6 months former 1 Pack a day 35 year smoker. I am Currently vaping between 5ml and 10ml per day of between 9mg/ml and 12mg/ml juice.

Learn to vape at lower power levels. You will use less juice........... Make your own juice it will cost less.

That could get pretty expensive unless you DIY your own juice. That's a lot of juice. I'd suggest raising the nic level....you might find your juice a little more satisfying. Also, lots of people enjoy vaping unflavored....at least part of the time. That might be something you could think about.

For me I vape on average 4 ml a day, so yes 30ml seems like a lot. But am vaping at 1.3 ohms.

the higher the power the higher the juice consumption.

if you can be satisfied with a lower power coil, you will reduce the juice consumption.

I was at around 15ml but that jumped immediately to around 25ml with the TFV4 at 90W. 30ml high but I would not worry as long as you dont smoke

If Im on a subtank all day I would be at least at 30ml. I normally use either a lemo at 1.2 or a smok vct at home.
Daisychain, I was thinking the same thing about the tfv4. I bet you could go way over 30 on this thing

Maybe I should rotate the Nautilus in for part of the day then? I really enjoy the flavor from the sub tanks but the Nautilus is still better than a cigarette.

Similar setup to yours but with a RDA, no tank. The vape shop started me at 3 mg of concentration. Too low for me and I have to add on my VUSE to make ends meet. My goal next juice is to just buy at 12 mg bottle and then go from there. I also use 3 mg juice quickly as it is too weak for my cravings. YMMV. =)

What PG to VG are were you using? I get the Same thing when I try to use more than 30% PG in an e-Liquid.

For me, 20%PG : 80%VG is a Nice Balance.

I don't really know for sure, the bottle sayd High VG on it... The link is from the website but I actually buy from the storefront down the road.

For me and my wallet it is. For you and yours I don't know. If somebody I was talking to (in almost a year I've run into only 2 other vapers here in Greenbrier County) was going thru an ounce of e-liquid a day, I'd most probably delve into the why territory.

I'd suggest to you that you try with an increased nic level. Almost immediately after I bumped my nic level up from 21 to 24, I noticed that my 'vape sessions' were either or both shorter and farther apart.

Personally I would try to find a setup that doesn't use as much juice. I run my lemos and delta 2s between 0.5 and 0.8 and consider myself a heavy vapor but I don't use more than 8ml a day, so 30 would be too much for me. I feel like at that much nic intake you could be forming and even heavier addiction to nicotine. Maybe try switching to 6mg and use it half as much?

Sounds like you are Already at a Relatively High VG. So PG is probably not so much of an issue.
