a good flavor can make a world of difference. But so can nic strength and the device.
I tried the Blu and a kr808, but still had at least a morning cigarette to silence the demon. Eventually, I broke down and got a 510 and some Dekang ry4. The next day I had my morning cigarette and it was my last. It's been three months now and my eGo arrived just the other day.
So here's what I would suggest to anyone I met who wanted to try e cigs. Get a 510 or an eGo/Riva if you want a longer battery life. If you get the 510 get the PCC, if you get the eGo get a carrying case. Then go purchase 30-60ml of juice in 5ml bottle all different flavors and nic strengths. My favorite juice supplier, Tasty Vapor, only sells ounce bottles but I have yet to receive anything from them that wasn't amazing. Ms T's bakery and vaporbomb both sell in 5ml and have really good juice. Once you have a flavor and a nic strength, you will want to try more.
Keep in mind, one persons solution may not work for the next. Many smoked a pack and a half a day like I did and are fine with 12-18mg. Anything higher and they get headaches or the juice tastes horrible. I need 36mg ( though I have been cutting back to 24 lately and the cigarette cravings have come back. When that happens Ill vape a cart of 36mg to get through it. )
And remember, e cigs are not cigarettes. There's a much higher learning curve. If you need to supplement you e cig with a few smokes throughout the day while you're looking for YOUR solution, don't beat yourself up about it. It took me a full month on e cigs before analogs were gone completely and then only after I got a better device and juice. The most important thing is you are making the effort and you're on the path to be off analogs completely.
Keep your head up, keep researching and experimenting and once you've found you're solution, you will be amazed at the results.
PS and keep asking questions!!! It's really the best way to find your solution.
