I am getting answers from both sides on how much wattage is needed to vape the 0.3 ohm. Apparently some people are vaping the coils up to 100w, and the coil itself says 70-80w, I have the mvp pro 3 which is 60w. And I hear people saying I need more wattage to enjoy it and others saying 50w is perfect. What is the true answer? Am I really being held back on 60w?

I would say no. Vaping is all about you. If you like it at 60W, then no one can tell you differently. You may be missing out on a little vapor production, but that's it. 60W on a 0.3Ω coil is plenty for most.
How much vapor are we talking and will it be alot less of a buzz. I was vaping 12mg on it before and it was far too much, i hope 3mg is fine with 60w and 0.3. Oh and im new to sub ohming so hopefully its enough

There is no "optimum-works-for-everyone" setting. If you want to experiment with wattage, start low and then go higher. Play around with your settings.

From my experience, .3 ohm coils generate way too much heat. You have to really deep-lung hit them to keep them cool. Even then, I got burnt hits. I stick to the .5 ohm coils.

A single 0.3Ω coil on a single 18650 mech in fantasy land (4.2V) yields just under 59 watts. The only reasonable configuration at those specs is an 8/7 wrap of 20awg kanthal without building a blowtorch or making a ten foot coil.

Now, I realize variable devices aren't mechs, and I'll admit I'm ignorant of the finer points of variables and prebuilt coils, but I do know they aren't magic. Unless going below 70-80W messes with the circuitry or something, hell yeah you can get a fantastic vape at 60W and lower!

Thats interesting, I wonder why so many people are saying 60w is bad.

No facts, just your own preferences. Your device is rated up to 60 watts, and you have a choice for range. I'm a flavour chaser and typically vape between 15-30W. Wattage isn't the big picture. Resistance isn't the big picture. Heat isn't the big picture. Don't get sucked into the "moar powah" hype and enjoy what you have. If it turns out you do want a wider range to vape on, well, cross that bridge when you get to it.

Yeah Im trying not to it just sucks buying a 60watt mod and finding out your coil is meant for 70-80w
