However, I think I will still keep mine in the refrigerator just to keep it at a constant temperature. I turn my air conditioning off when I am gone and it can get pretty hot in the house.
I think maintaining a steady temp is important to the shelf life. This is just my "opinion" so do what you feel is best, If I had a good place to keep it at 70 degrees F, constantly, I would do that.
